Decent printer with annoying software

Bobke, Amazon
23 January 2016
  • Summary: The printer is actually not bad at all. However, I don't think I will be buying another HP printer, because of the software that comes with it. The last few HP printers I have had came with increasingly annoying software products designed mainly to remind me to buy more genuine HP supplies.

Good quality, compact printer and scanner

J. Miller, Amazon
22 January 2016
  • Summary: This printer is easy to set up, prints from iPads, iPhones and PCs, and the cartridges last a long time without drying up or going bad the way my old Lexmark printer did.

CONSUMER ADVICATE TWO THUMBS DOWN - no product support out of warranty PERIOD!

CONSUMER Advocate, Amazon
14 December 2014
  • Summary: Consumer Advocate had mixed feelings about this All-in-one printer. First the good- the overall footprint of the printer is very compact, the design and especially the touch display very intuitive, even for boomers.

Not what you think!!!

Jessica Torres, Amazon
5 July 2013
  • Summary: The product is an online based machine. The fax is e-fax only so that means you can not connect a landline to this machine to send a faxes. E-fax is costly and not needed. The return policy with this company is horrible and I would never purchase anything with this company again.

Beautiful Design - Limited Capabilities - BEWARE

SH, Amazon
30 January 2013
  • Summary: After 4 years, my photosmart 4200 decided it no longer wanted to accept its cartridges, I decided to simply buy a new printer. The envy simply stands apart from most printers as it simply feels more solidly well built, it's much heavier than most but probably more than it needs to be - the thing IS...

Beautiful, but barely average

Tony Tahoe, Amazon
30 January 2013
  • Summary: I wanted to love this printer. It has got to be the most beautiful printer ever. The fact that you cannot tell it is a printer and that there is no paper hanging out to give it away was a selling feature to me. However, this printer is truly form over function.

Easiest setup ever - and I'm printing from multiple devices

Jayhawk_in_OH, Amazon
30 January 2013
  • Summary: I have owned several printers, and more recently a couple of wireless printers that I wanted to drop-kick out the window, when time and time again I'd encounter connection issues. I needed a printer I could print from a Dell laptop, MacBook Pro, iPad2, and two iPhones. This was it!
