Summary: When I received this, the ink was dried out. When I put my own ink in, it only prints with blue ink. Not sure why, but there was no manual sent with the printer, so I am unable to figure out why.
Summary: Not a good product. I became wary of useing it, with its tedious constant misalignments and then for no apparent reason, correcting itself. Good-bye sad HP printer that lasted only a few tiresome half-enthusiastic stuttering months.
Summary: It's a shame that such an excellent printer has such small capacity cartridges. The cost to replace is close to the cost of the printer so might as well sling it! Refills are not recognised as full and so numerous error messages are received.
Summary: I have recently bought a HP Deskjet F4580 to replace my old HP Deskjet 5552 which had served me well. It was reliable and economical to run. My new F4580 has two irritating features. The copy holding tray does not hold many sheets.
Summary: This has to be one of the worst printers I have owned and I would not recommend it based on my experience. It is quite compact and looks quite stylish. I didn't find it difficult to set up--although I connected directly via USB cable and I did then have some problems connecting my laptop to it...
Summary: Brought this printer for my home network, Likes Good Printer, fast and easy printing Reasonably priced ink Dislikes Almost impossible to set up on wireless network Supplied software bloated and takes up a lot of space spent 10 hours plus with the WIFI, gave up and returned it Not Recommended
Summary: Likes: USB printing and scanning is very good. Dislikes: Wireless connection varies from poor to non-existent. Unlike other reviewers I found the setup to be stright forward even for the wireless connection.
