Summary: Purchased this printer 1/3/13 and today 11/9/2014 Geek Squad said the printer head is bad and can't be fixed. I had just bought all new cartridges so all that money is lost. I have never liked this printer because it is soooo slow. Would not recommend this printer.
This is the first HP product that I have not been happy with. Seriously considering a different brand for replacement

Summary: This printer is of no use to me now, less than 1 year after purchase. It will seldom print a clear copy, no matter how often I clean the print head, even if there is adequate ink remaining. Summary: I bought this a while ago, and really needed a printer, but haven't tried to install it because I've had a really bad time with printers, and I was afraid it wouldn't work. Well, I tried to install this tonight and get it up and working, but I couldn't. I have a Chromebook, and I read all the info on this, and was assured that I could print from my Chromebook.
Received the printer, set it up and printed test ...

Summary: Received the printer, set it up and printed test print, ok. Then is stopped printing, requested return. Then it started printing. Used it for 2 weeks and it stopped printing. Am returning for last time.
Switched and bought the very next day our first CANNON copier/scanner/printer and it works great! No problems

Summary: Stopped copying after a month. Stopped printing after the HP company had us on the phone for 4 hours one night trying to figure out the first problem. Switched and bought the very next day our first CANNON copier/scanner/printer and it works great! No problems.
Summary: This printer has been a nightmare from the get. Paper pick up is terrible, constantly gives an error saying paper tray is empty when it has plenty in it. Also gets paper jams VERY easily, it typically takes about 5-6 tries at loading and reloading the paper before I actually get anything to print. The wifi printing option is also very finicky. Over all a terrible printer, the only highlight of this machine is that I did not pay for it as it was a gift.
Summary: Does not work as planned. The 3520 was bought to replace a 3510. The 3510 worked flawlessly until it wouldn't print black. Sooooo, bought a 3520 to replace it. Have not been able to get the 3520 to print wireless, even after deleting all the old files from the 3510 ... to not have a conflict with the old data. Currently using a USB cord to print from the laptop. Power ON??????? ...... turns on when it is ready. Like playing the lottery.
