Summary: I bought this product about 10 months ago. Right away my paper jammed. You have to fan your paper edges every time you use it. My previous printer was a HP desk jet that I had for several years, and used regularly without any problems. This 3520 model has never worked properly, and now it has stopped printing all together.
Summary: This is a very slow and resource intensive printer. devours memory and kills my USB bus. I bought it to replace my last HP printer that died after 1 year. This one is apparently headed in the same direction. Keeps giving me "counterfeit ink" warnings when I've purchased genuine HP ink, which is ridiculously overpriced anyway. No more HP for me. print quality is reasonable but eats ink very fast on even the most conservative settings.
Summary: Printer did not work. HP advised me to return it because if never should have been sold because if was so old as to be un-serviceable. They said Amazon shouldn't allow someone sell it through them.
Summary: Bought one of these printers dec 2012. After 6 months paper jam error appeared with no paper jam. Had to send it back to hp for a replacement after seven months same fault occurred on replacement product. Contacted HP support who were fairly helpful but decided machine was not repairable again but because it is now longer than 12 months since the original purchase was not prepared to do anything about it..
Summary: The printer will eventually stop printing black, even though there is ink left in the cartridge. Replaced the cartridge, still nothing. Of course it happened right after the warranty ran out, so HP won't even talk about trouble shooting without a credit card.
Summary: I bought my printer from OfficeMax maybe a year ago, give or take. It performed just fine for me until I ran out of the starter ink. No paper jams, whatsoever. No issues with the way it printed. It was quick and everything usually came out nice. The scanner worked well too. I had originally had trouble hooking it up, but HP had helped with that. As far as my current troubles, I can not for the life of me get the darn thing to print black ink.
