Pros: price was very attractive.
Cons: i bought this printer in jan. 2014 when i saw the superb price even though my old printer was still working quite well. b/c my daughter has one exactly like this one except her color is black. i didn't start to use it until about 4months ago in june 2015 b/c my old printer was close to its end of...
Summary: So far this printer has been great. I haven't purchased ink for it yet though. It sets up easy and guides you right through. I have printed documents, including on awards paper. I have scanned pics and it does great. My previous printer was a Cannon.
Summary: Normally not a fan of HP inkjets as I've had problems with other models in the past. That being said we had fire sprinklers go off in the office, I poured no less than a gallon of nasty black water that had been stagnant in the pipes for who knows how long out of this printer and sprayed it out with...
Summary: Print quality is OK, speed is fine for a home printer. Scanning is good and easy. Ink doesn't last long and is expensive - but that's the HP model. The initial cartridges didn't last 20 pages. The feature I miss (and had on my old Canon) is two-sided printing. I knew that, but really miss it.
Summary: Attempts to run a calibration print (and asks to scan it then) literally once a day. It is really inconvenient, especially when you need to print something quickly. My personal conclusion: waste of time and money.
Pros: Inexpensive. Good printing quality. Wireless.
Cons: Quality turned ugly after 2 days - white lines over the pictures. Cleaning wasted the rest of cartridges. Price for a set of cartridges is almost equal to price of the printer itself.
Cons: Not too long after I got it, it started having issues with the paper loading and the plastic piece in back that holds the paper up broke it no time. So I would say that even though I put cheap in the pros it's also a bad part of this printer since it's so cheaply made.
