Summary: I bought this printer new from Walmart, and it has NEVER operated consistently properly. It acts like it has PMS on steroids! It gives wrong error messages and refuses to perform, then turns around and performs perfectly -- briefly. Its software is full of bugs and will not always recognize my computer. The computer also often reads the printer as offline or unavailable when it is actually sitting happily waiting for instructions. It is a MESS. Save your money!!
Summary: It states that you can go online to get the program. But most websites want to download some things on my computer. I found one that I can buy it from. So I order it from them. I should have bought a new one in the first place that includes everything.
Summary: I've had multiple HP inkjet printers in the past, and they've all worked well. I got this one last year, but my old printer was still working well, so I didn't use it until my old printer broke down this year. This is absolutely a piece of junk, the ink runs out very quickly, replacement ink cartridges do not work even though they are original, new HP cartridges. On top of that, the wireless connectivity is a joke, I can never get it to work. Avoid at all cost!
Summary: I bought this printer for my wife and she only used it a couple times and it went sour. Problem is it was already out of warranty. Up til now my computer equipment has been HP but this has made me have to seriously consider other brand in the future.
Summary: I totally disappointed after finding out that my gift was all ducted up and it was return item and a older model then I expected there was no indication that it was a older model nd it was used and returned to amazon and then shipped to me
Summary: First time I did not love an HP printer ... now have another coming, but this one just did not make it here at our home office. Hate to say it because all other HP printers have been fabulous ... this one had to be dropped on it's head at birth.

Summary: We've had this printer for over three years now and I have wished many times that we had gone with something else. When it works, it works well, but trying to get it to receive print jobs has been an ongoing nightmare. The ongoing problem is that it will show that the "eprint" status is "On" in the menu, but the light next to the eprint symbol on the panel will be off, indicating that it is not on and it will not print emailed jobs when this happens.
Summary: I have spent so many hours trying to reason with this printer-scanner. I've owned it for almost two years. It hasn't worked for about a year and a half of those two years. I'll get it all fixed up and it'll print or scan a few jobs, but then somehow, overnight, it just seals itself off from the world. It suddenly refuses to communicate with my computer. It suddenly refuses to do either of the only two things I expect of it.
Summary: I have been taken in by the low price on the product purchase, only to be shocked at how fast the cartridges are used up. They are ridiculously expensive. I am trying a Brother. Mine was a 3515, but appears the same as this one pictured.
Summary: This truly is a product built to look great online, but will become a major pain with every day use. The features (wireless, scanning, printing, and use of web & iOS devices) will only work SOME OF THE TIME. Nearly 1/2 of the print or scan jobs simply will not work, requiring 5 minutes to an hour of work with the printer and associated HP software to fix.
