HP deskjet all in one printer

pennylane, REVIEW STREAM
26 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I bought this printer at Target because it was on sale or an unbelievably affordable price. However, my frustration that came with trying to install the software was equally unbelievable! Let me start by admitting what I did wrong first.

Don't Buy it, it's a piece of garbage!!!

Janet O'Lare "Music Loving Mom", Amazon
10 July 2014
  • Summary: I've had it for about a year and it's never worked right from the beginning. Chronic problems with the wireless. It goes through ink like CRAZY and every time you load a new ink cartridge it forces you to print a test/alignment page forcing you to use even more ink that you never have enough of. Now, it has just stopped working all together and won't power up. I was a loyal HP customer but my next printer is going to be anything but HP!

Too many problems

MesaAZ75, Amazon
30 June 2014
  • Summary: I didn't buy mine from Amazon, I think it was Walmart, but wanted to leave a review here. I've had really good luck with HP computers and almost every printer I've owned has been an HP. This one has been nothing but trouble. I bought the printer originally to replace the one I had because this one could scan and I needed to scan a document. The scanner has worked great every time, but it's not so great for printing.

Avoid!!

Brian Phair, Amazon
25 May 2014
  • Summary: Worked well at first. It was easy to set up and had zero issues. Once I set up a new wireless network after I moved, the printer cannot be set up for wireless printing. I have spent hours trying to connect the printer. Spent time on HP forums and going over and over the procedures for establishing a wireless connection. It just will not wirelessly connect. This is my last HP product I will use.

Worst printer I've ever had

Brenda Terry-Hahn, Amazon
28 February 2014
  • Summary: I bought this printer new from Walmart, and it has NEVER operated consistently properly. It acts like it has PMS on steroids! It gives wrong error messages and refuses to perform, then turns around and performs perfectly -- briefly. Its software is full of bugs and will not always recognize my computer. The computer also often reads the printer as offline or unavailable when it is actually sitting happily waiting for instructions. It is a MESS. Save your money!!

this product as stated comes with nothing

kngpn1 "regular customer", Amazon
26 February 2014
  • Summary: It states that you can go online to get the program. But most websites want to download some things on my computer. I found one that I can buy it from. So I order it from them. I should have bought a new one in the first place that includes everything.
