Summary: I don't feel like this product is made to last more then a few months. When I purchased it, it worked great for the first month or so then ever since I have been having problems with it and now I am completely unable to use it. I've tried troubleshooting and uninstalling etc. I realize you get what you pay for and this is a rather cheap printer but I expected it to last longer then 3 months. Do not waste your time on this.
Summary: This is the worst printer I have ever bought. It jams and out of ten (10) attempts to print an envelope you may get ONE (1) that will print without jammimg. It takes too long to scan and etc... I have had nothing but problems with it.
Summary: Worst printer ever! Worst product support [sic] from HP ever. Paper jams. Warranty information unattainable on HP website. Went through all the steps on the support page, could not get any support. Chose NOT to take the stupid survey on their website. I've always had HP printers and have always been happy in the past. Never again. Ever.
Summary: Everything I try to do is a major ordeal. I had a hard time getting the scanner to work. My son finally put an icon on my desktop. Seems to work all right. Changing between printing grayscale and color is a problem. I thought it would be simple, I had another HP and it was very easy to change.
Summary: This is a rather strong evaluation but it arrived without the accompanying cables and starter ink. The Amazon site indicated that I had to contact the manufacturer - HP. The process involved a long wait to get answered on the phone and then a complicated process to secure the missing parts. The person who dealt with me wasn't sure they could make it good since I purchased it through Amazon. They have promised that they would be sent and I am waiting arrival.
Summary: The printer arrived fine..the distribution was flawless..the printer plug was damaged..HP warranted the item and sent out a REMAN printer in return..still did not work..finally received pug and printer works..2 full weeks later for the whole process. If this is award winning customer service you can have it.
Summary: I have used HP stuff for years, reliability has been good, quality satisfactory and easy to buy supplies. However, I have two fully functional HP all-in-one printers that I can only print to because HP does not develop the drivers for new versions of the Mac operating system effectively eliminating much of the functionality of the printer. Regardless of the quality, reliability, etc., I no longer buy anything from HP.
