Summary: Since day one had trouble with my HP Deskjet 1050 printer. Replaced the printer but same old story. Cartridges (genuine HP cartridges) either do not register correctly or need to print a allignment page every time pc is switched on again.
Summary: I ordered this printer and it was supposed to come with a USB power lead and ink cartridge as part of the deal price. These have still not arrived and therefore I cannot use the printer! Frustrated
Summary: I bought this printer as my old reliable Epson had expired. I installed it correctly and ever since then have had problems with it! It hardly prints when you try and paper shoots through, wasting blank sheets!
Summary: You could find something better for that price.
Pros: Cheap price. Scaning is ok.
Cons: Sometimes grabs two pages at once - good luck printing long files on both sides of the page. Settings options are very basic. Maintenance utilities are basic and barely do anything. Very small cartridges. Runs out of ink pretty fast.
Summary: Whatever you do, DON'T buy this printer. Colour ink ran out after I printed around 10 photos. Cartidge costs £18+ depending on if you use HP or recycled. Very expensive. Poster printing is not possible - I was able to do this on printer I bought eight years ago.
Summary: The printer appears cheap but don't be fooled they will make sure they make plenty of profit by ensuring you have to buy overpriced cartridges. Don't think you can get around this by refilling the cartridges or buying aftermarket versions as if you do it insists on re-allignment every time it is...
Summary: If I could give this printer 0 stars I would. The printer is very tempremental, doesn't always print. I've only had it about 6 months and its already packing up on me! Says I've ran out of ink depite changing the cartridges and only printing a 12 page essay.Constantly says its ran out of paper...
