printer itself is great but certain things don't work right

Summary: In general, this printer is great. It does everything well. The duplex printing has been a huge time saver. But I have had problems with a few things: - The scan to USB is great, but it tends to stop mid-job and say 'device is busy'. The only way I have been able to deal with this is to turn the printer on and off, which re-initializes, using up my toner, when I'm not even printing anything. I have had to do this over and over again while trying to scan things.
Summary: I have now owned two of these printers for a couple of years. It may seem weird to say, but I love this printer. It has never jammed, and it has never piggy-backed pages in the sheet feeder. It pulls envelopes through the manual feed and the print quality is great. It seems to calibrate and self-clean quite frequently but if that is what it takes to keep the print quality up, then it is a small inconvenience.
Summary: This printer was exactly what I was looking for to replace my aging HP3600n laser printer. It was easy to set up on the existing wireless network and it has performed flawlessly since it was installed. As far as it being delivered with less than full printer cartridges, simply be proactive and buy a full set when you order the printer. You can get them at quite reasonable prices as long as you don't have to buy them direct from HP.
Summary: I am very pleased with this multifunction product. I had been waiting for an HP color laser with automatic duplexing and wireless connection capability. All these features have worked very well. The toner of course, is very costly.....
This is a 5 star printer that comes with 1 star software. Guess a 3 star adverage is not too bad :-)

Summary: First I have to say that I love this printer. I have purchased several for my office and I liked it so much I got one for myself. At this price point there is not much to match it in the marketplace. It can fax, scan directly to a USB drive and store the image as a PDF.. How easy is that!!! That said, the software is a joke. When I tried to load the ddisk that came with the printer, on a Win7 machine, I kept getting an error..
