HP PCS 1510 All-in-one printer is not worth your time! Especially not used.

Summary: Overall I find this to be an average printer. It has had several issues during the time I have owned it. It will not print photographs. And everytime I go to print, I get a pop up saying I'm low on ink, even when I put a new ink cartridge on. It's got issues, and I think it is about time I get a new one.
Not worth cutting the corner, better off investing in laser printers.

Summary: Product does the job but is slow and uses up a lot of ink. If the color ink is out, it has to be refilled in order to print at all. The noise it makes kind of makes you wonder if it is indeed working or not.
Summary: I bought this Product because I had one just like it previous to buying this one and I have always really liked it. It very easy to use . I use it mostly to make copies and the are very clear and nice. I have only had one other printer and I like this one much better.
Excerpt: Since our old HP printer was on its last legs, we decided to buy a new one that would last awhile. We saw the HP PSC 1510 at a local store and bought it since it was on sale at the time. In the beginning it worked fine and there was no issues with it. But over time I noticed that it would start selecting more than 1 sheet of paper at a time, leading to numerous paper jams. The scanner and copier worked fine, but that didn't make up for the issues with printing.
Excerpt: The only problem I have with this printer is it runs out of ink a lot, but I guess it's to be expected because I really do use it as a printer, copier, and scanner. It does all three in color and black & white, so it is quite versatile. I can scan any photo and upload it to graphics design application with no problems. You can save in a variety of formats, so images you scan are compatible with both Mac and PC.
Excerpt: I have had this HP all in one printer for approximately 3-4 years now. Overall, I suppose it's an ok printer for the money. As usual, the printer cartridges are costly as most are. I started to run into problems with my printer about a year ago. I noticed that the black ink ran out very quickly and when I went to replace it, I saw why. There, at the bottom of the ink cartridge are, was a pile of gooey black ink. What a nightmare trying to get the ink out of the...
Excerpt: I bought this printer because it had a rebate out when I bought my computer. I've always been a fan of Hewlett Packard because they have great printers. The PSC 1510 is a good printer but it definitely has it's drawbacks. Pros: Cons: Overall it's an ok printer. You just have to be prepared to spend quite a bit on ink and watch it as it prints to make sure it's not using more than one piece of paper at a time.
Summary: Listed and advertised as new, but was marred and the ink cartridge area was splashed with ink. Clearly not as promoted. Received an e-mail from seller for a $ 30.00 refund as she realized it was NOT new. Seller agreed to accept return, refund the cost plus pay for shipping. It was shipped April 14, and I have not yet received refund. This certainly soured my experience with shopping online!
Summary: i don't what everyone is talking about. I have had this printer for 5yrs and it still works wonderfully. It is not loud, prints amazingly clear, and is easy to use. It is a really nice printer, set up is easy, customer service is easy and small problems are easy to fix. I use it all the time. Ink isn't so expensive if you buy the refurbish types or refill yourself and i have never had any problems with that.
