Summary: My God, where do i START with this thing? I have always liked HP product quality, but it's obviously taken a nosedive and their software is HORRID! First off, it's not designed for ease of use. Period. Even making a simple one-page copy or a fax is frustrating! It's impossible to (for example), easily scan-to-network, even faxing is awkward with the control panel and slow, buggy software.
Summary: We have this machine in our small office, and I'm compelled to write because once again, I'm frustrated by how terrible this printer is. It's slow to print (I think it has to do with the software) and even slower to scan (once again, software related). There are several complaints from other frustrated users on the web, just google "HP CM2320" and "slow". Unfortunately, it looks like HP doesn't care enough to do anything about it.
Summary: We purchased this printer with the intent to use it in an office setting networked to a much larger system. The only good thing I can say is that it was really very easy to network. As for everything else . . . it constantly jams when I attempt to print more than one document at a time. We did figure out that if you didn't collate documents you would have limited success. The document feeder constantly needs to be cleaned and even that results in limited success.
Summary: this is a horrible machine. the fax did not work out of the box. they replace two boards after a week of "next day service"! copying legal to legal is a nightmare. machine doesn't recognize size of paper. have to put legal paper through scanner as bed is only for letter size. if you enlarge paper trays for legal paper they stick out. horrible horrible machine and support people can't read their manuals. big mistake but last mistake i will make with HP.

Summary: This is marketed as a network device, but it really is not suited for this. The printer depends on the processor in the PC that is using it. This has lots of consequences. For example: you cannot use the printer to scan a document and send it somewhere - you control the process from your PC. If your PC and the printer are in different rooms, and you are scanning several documents, well, you get lots of exercise.
Summary: This printer is not designed for use in an office environment. Even with network connectivity, it is designed to be used by a single PC. The trouble is the software. If you want to do anything but print, the functionality is funneled through the wretched HP Toolbox application. This app pops up dialog boxes, and prompts and all sorts of other annoyances that should be unnecessary (you configure the destination for scans, etc, in advance anyway).
Excerpt: Брал в проверенного поставщика привез !! Печатал как старые газеты красный сверху черный снизу. Вызвал инженера ХП сказали меняйте. Поменяли вродь запечатал !! Как факс сразу отказался работать !!! вызвал инженера HP. инженер менял менял три раза платы. сказал что факс работать так и не будет. Не рассчитан. Линия у Вас не та. Хотя брозер на этой линии работал как часы. Линия кристально чистая звонил даже в МГТС. Пришлось на сервере поднимать факс.
Pros: отсутствуют !!! Вынес мне мозг и крови моей попил !!!
Cons: Долго печатает. Чистится и калибруется по 5 минут как мне сказала специ из ХП это нормально. Пачку в 10 листов может печатать 10 минут сначала 5 листов далее почиститься и продолжить печать. Вымораживает. Иногда начинает калиброваться сразу по 5 минут ждешь первого листа.
