HP makes the best printers. This is a good printer and a great value too.

Summary: I've seen some HP printers with over 2 and a half million pages on them that still work well, with proper maintenance and repairs as needed of course. They are real work horses. This model's duty cycle is 35,000 sheets so it's built to be used for a small or medium sized office. It was a good base model when it was made and it works well with windows 7 too.
Pros: Have had mine over 4 years, & worth every penny. It prints beautifully, and does absolutely everything. I have used it with windows XP, Vista, And 7, and never had problems. Had bad carriage in beginning, 1 day warranty service in home was great!
Summary: Comments about HP LaserJet 2840: We are a growing company and my boss asked me to do some research on all in ones to see which one would be the best fit for the office to add as an additional machine. After many hours of researching all of them I came to the conclusion that this one is the best for the money. [...] very easy to set up. It was also pretty simple to train all of the employees on how to use it.
Summary: Comments about HP LaserJet 2840: This works very well and is very easy to operate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great printer but not that sure of where to start! I have not experienced any of the problems that anyone else has here.
Pros: Easy Setup, Easy To Use, Fast Operation, Reliable
Summary: Colors are right on the money. All laser technology. Great item. I have mine connected straight into the router, so any (wireless) printer can access it from wherever they are. I have even sent pages to this printer when I was in another tonw, and they were waiting for me when I got to the office!
