Summary: Quick to scan, with good print quality and fast printing on draft mode - the only thing to avoid is purchasing the horribly expensive original cartridges with significantly cheaper chipped cartridges that can be found on ebay. They are about a third of the cost and longer lasting (I get 4 months of heavy usage).
Summary: We've had a Photosmart B210a printer for two years for home use. It has cost us around £2,000 in printer cartridges and now the printhead is failing. Buying a printhead is 50% of buying a new printer. Worse still, the online and phone support is rubbish. It's a con. Don't buy these products. Directed my complaint to HP (CEO) - they didn't have an answer to my complaint.
Summary: I've had this for 16 months now. It's never had hard use, I can't have printed more than 3 reams of paper and a handful of photographs. I was very pleased with it at first. It was easy to set up, and worked well, printing from Macs, iPhones and iPads with no problems. Then the problems started. First, it wouldn't print photos anymore - the photo paper feed stopped being able to pick up the paper out of the tray. And now it keeps disappearing off the network.
Summary: Bought this last May for my mother to go with her new iPad. The printing from iPad to this is a complete and utter joke. In total we have successfully managed to print three pictures in all this time. The Printer rarely if ever shows up as an available printer on the iPad despite confirming it and the iPad ARE on the same Network. Then to add insult to injury, once you do get it working (it tells you the ink is needing changed). So..
Summary: Not good, terrible, frustrating, wasteful with ink, print quality bad, refuses at times to print whole document leaving you with gaps in your page, refuses most times to print both sides. Buying this printer just leaves you with regrets, I wish I walked out side and just threw the money away instead of buying this piece of rubbish, this product has stopped me buying anything HP ever again.
Summary: Bought this to start the process for ending the old age wire problem. All my previous printers were HP so not even looked at something else. Email and wireles printing, wonderful idea. Then the issues started, delayed printing by email, had to rush to a print shop to get my charter plain tickets printed, received confirmation three hours after my departure that the print job is complete.
Summary: I am not a very computer minded but able to do every day things, I found the printer excellent. It is easy to use ,prints very well and clearly ,scans well , does'nt jam the paper , overall very pleased. Very self explanatory in using it. I did not want to be baffled by science!
