Summary: I was searching for a new all-in-one printer laser for my home business to print approximately 3,000 pages per month. I needed a economical printer that would hold up, was user friendly, and saved desk space. Didn't want the expense of a commercial printer and long service contracts. This was my 5th printer in 5 years (2 were not this model). I love this model, it's easy, friendly, and you can't beat HP tech support if you should need them.
Summary: I Like this machine because it is a powerhouse of my home office. I can Fax, Print, Copy, and Scan all on one machine. The toner cartridges are readily available on Ebay at a good price and the cost per document copied or printed is very good.
Summary: I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER BECAUSE IT IS VERY EFFICIENT.I LIKE THE SCANNER FUNCTIONS AND THE SPEED OF PRINTING.IT HAS A DOCUMENT FEEDER SO YOU DONT HAVE TO KEEP LOADING ONE SHEET AT A TIME. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED IT TO ME AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
Summary: Great Laser Fax. Work horse for small business applications. In comparison to other fax machines I have had this one is much cheaper to run. I go through about a ream of paper week so cost of ink is important to me. Love the multifunction just wish there was a way to download the scanner software so that I could scan and fax documents.
Summary: easy to use and many features, for the price of this machine on ebay it is a steal. Kind of big for use in a bed room but would be great for a shared printer on a dedicated computer or a standalone copier/fax in an office.
Summary: It was a pricey unit, and I am very sorry I chose it. Everything was just great until I used it. The software CD had a problem from day 1, and I could not use it. I got a replacement only to find that the program for keeping track of faxes sent and received was the worst written peice of garbage I have ever encountered. Just after the warranty was over, the document feeder packed it in and it was a very costley repair.
