Summary: I don't like the fact the printer can't seem to hold more than one piece of paper at a time. If i try to put more paper in it won't print, can't seem to grab the paper. I don't like how rough it is when it does print. It basically yanks the paper down forcing it sideways making the prints crooked. Had some errors, where it will shows me a paper jam when clearly there is none. Thing is way too slow for my patience. Takes a good minute for it to actually print.
Summary: I purchased the Epson XP-410 printer on March 31. I followed all of the installation instructions and cannot make a wireless connection to the printer. It is now April 4 and I have spent many hours trying to find the problem. The device prints when connected by a USB cable. Even the Epson Printer Connect Setup software cannot find the computer. The next step is to make a long distance call and talk to a human. No more Epson anything for me.
Summary: Waste of money. Pretty good for printing black and white, awful for printing color. Lines. Everywhere. Every time I want to print something in color, I have to waste ink and trouble shoot. Bane of my existence, you stupid printer.
Summary: Continuously receive error message after installing driver/software when printing. The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.
Summary: I have had the same problems as others. Printer failed immediately. Problem with the ink cartridges. Replacement printer was sent by Epson. That printer failed as well after one print job. Same problem -- black ink cartridge. Epsom is now sending me a black ink cartridge to see if a new one will fix the problem. Stay away from this printer. Nothing but headaches and Apple should not promote such a product through its store. Will never purchase an Epson product again.
