Summary: Had it for two years, just stopped working and the cost of repairs is about 3/4 the cost of a new printer. I chose this model because the reviews and sales clerk recommended it if I wasn't doing a huge amount of printing, but like other reviewers, it gobbles up ink but if you don't use it often, it...
Summary: Do not buy this product - it works for a little bit and then it stops functioning altogether. Because I trusted the Epson brand, after my first printer didn't work, I bought another one. It too, did not work. I have spoken to many people since who had the same exact results.
Summary: Back in 2012 I got rid of a perfectly good Lexmark printer that had done a great job for many years and replaced it with this because I wanted wireless and a small footprint. This was a huge mistake. I got maybe 50-100 good pages out of it.
Summary: This printer has given me trouble from day one. The touch panel fell off shortly after we purchased it. It doesn't print black ink. The scanner has always given me trouble, I've only been able to get it to work a couple of times. This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made.
Summary: If I didn't use it for awhile the printer heads would need to be cleaned in the beginning. Then everytime I used it they would need to be cleaned multiple times for a clean print. Then even after multiple cleans it wouldn't print clearly and now it won't print clearly at all. It's as good as dead.
Summary: I would definitely not buy this printer again. I've had it for about a year and I read all the reviews before I bought it. The front panel is very flimsy and the heads require constant cleaning.
Summary: This is the worst printer we have ever owned. We hardly use it and have to replace ink cartridges all of the time. If you need to print in black and white and the yellow ink is suddenly gone, it won't let you print.
Summary: My printer is all out of Magenta, so I cannot print in black and white. This is perhaps the most ridiculous requirement ever. I do not recommend such a poorly conceived item to anybody. This is clearly a means of blackmailing customers in to buying ink.
