Summary: I thought this had some decent reviews so I purchased for our homeschooling needs. I found it easy to get working wirelessly and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The third time I went to replace the black ink I used a store brand. I got an error message saying that my warranty would be void if I didn't use Epson ink. I did not know this ahead of time and needed to print something important and went ahead and used the ink.
Excerpt: I purchased this product a little over a year ago. After the first month of owning it, it broke down. What happens when you're machine breaks down? They send you a refurbished one. It was working well for a while. Now on a night when I need something printed out, It's not printing out properly. It's not printing out the entire letter I am trying to print.

Had a "paper jam" and machine was physically damaged...HAD to buy the same exact model for myself and ease of navigation...HOPE this little guy doesn't leave the retail shelves!
Summary: I always buy Epson printers, never had a major problem with them till they are usually a few years old, this replaced my older one that I have had for 5 years, and it has moved two times. Now it also replaced my Cano Scanner since they are now incorporated into each other for less desktop space.
Summary: I have been trying to connect with Epson connect services for ever it seems like. It does not work and i have followed every instruction to the letter.You can't even scan to your email to send documents.
Summary: This is hands down the worst printer I have ever owned. Period. Don't take this review as sole input ***Search online for the number of troubleshooting references***, sure wish I had. The biggest issue is the ink. The printer has frequent maintenance required to fix blank pages and clogged printer heads. Unfortunately, this is timely and costly, as you must use a large amount of ink to troubleshoot.
Summary: I just had to write and express my gratitude for the great all in one printer. l couldn't be happier with the its functions and the results. The printer is very easy to set up and the whole process was seamless the printer actually showed me everything to do! and I had no problems whatsoever. I have never had such an easy set up and instructions on use. and the quality for such a reasonable price astonished me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Excerpt: I have two Epson printers; a Workforce 1100 and Workforce 520. Worst printers I've ever seen. Bought the 520 (a wireless all-in-one), mostly because it had a document feeder, and I like to scan my bills for storage. Feeder jams constantly. Tech support was worthless. Even with printing documents, there are more often problems than not. It runs out of ink quickly, but won't tell you which of the 5 cartridges is empty.
