  • Conclusion: The Epson WorkForce WF-2540 inkjet MFP is small enough to share a desk with but can also connect to a wired or wireless network for easy sharing in a home or micro office.
  • Pros: Prints, faxes, scans, and copies. Automatic document feeder. Wi-Fi. Ethernet. Prints though cloud.
  • Cons: Low paper capacity. No manual feed tray. No duplexer (for automatic two-sided printing).

  • Excerpt: The features mentioned above would be welcome on any colour inkjet multifunction printer , but there's bad news with the Epson WorkForce WF-2540 printer : Ink costs are high, and glossy photos print at some of the slowest times we've ever seen. Scan speed is nothing to write home about, either. See all budget printer reviews .
