Summary: There is no back lighting, hard to see info on screen. The number buttons, hard to see. Why would Epson put white letters and numbers on little gray buttons??? When you have had the best, this one will not do! The last Epson printer I had was wonderful. I ordered this one on line, never again! I will need to go into a store and see it first hand. Sorry Epson, it was the little things that failed this one. I will have to live with this one for awhile.
Summary: The printer was inexpensive but works fairly well, meaning it prints! I only use it for that. It isn't the fastest I've owned, but it isn't so important to me for speed. I work at home and am not pushed for time. Makes a lot of noise when preparing to print a page, like all parts are getting ready. Kind of funny. It also copies and scans, and I do use those now and then. It's okay, all in all.
Summary: Printer was easy to set up. However when I opened the box, I did not see the ink cartridges, and thought they were not included, had son take back to the store and found out the ink cartridges were stuck in one of the notches of the Styrofoam that was attached to the sides of the printer, almost threw that away.
Excerpt: Bought this as a gift for my mother. All her filing is digital, but for the important documents she needed something to print from her iPhone and iPad. Set up was the easiest of any printer I've set up. Can connect to any device via wifi, airprint, mobile app, or USB cable. Ink yields are much higher with a lower cost in ink. Best and lowest costing printer for minimal-average amount of printing.
Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time, Low Ink Consumption, Reliable
Excerpt: This printer (which I was able to get on sale) does everything that I need a small all-in-one to do. The fax functions work as advertised, speed-dial for the most common numbers. Scanning has been straightforward from both the flatbed and from the paper feeder. As a printer, the quality is what you expect from a low-end all-in-one.
