Excerpt: I have already had to exchange this printer through Epson after 2 months of use. The printer error light was flashing the printer would not function. Now it is feeding the paper and pulling it to the right, so it won't print anything again, for a different reason. You do get what you pay for!
Excerpt: Do yourself a favor - NEVER buy Epson (ESPECIALLY this printer)!!! It is the absolute WORST printer you could EVER buy!!! We bought one from Staples, about a month and a day, the scanner stopped working. Staples wouldn't take it back - because it was past their technology return policy.
Excerpt: At first thr printer seemed to be a bargain, however i noticed it goes through ink very fast and does not print 200 pages as the boc suggests. Noe, after replacing all ink cartridges and running, nozzle check, charging, alignment programs, the printer will only print im blue ink.
Excerpt: I went into Staples to buy an HP AIO printer. I told the salesman I was interested in HP since I have one at home working for over 15 years. And I only print black. He ignored all of this and took me over to the Epson line and said they are superior to HP.
Excerpt: I am not happy at all with this printer. It has a mind of its own. When you want to just print plain black it will not allow you to do so. However this was the option that I asked the employee before I bought this product and they lied to me and said no it works without color.
Summary: This printer ought to be great. It has a good spec for the money. It has two major let-downs. Based on these, I will never buy another Epson. The wireless capability is terrible. I have to connect via USB for any scan, and 50% of the prints. And no ethernet connmection on this model.
