High cost of ink
Summary: Windows 8.1 x64 drivers on-line do not allow wireless set-up. You must connect to printer USB port. Otherwise set-up won't find the printer. Ink is expensive. Price ink before buying. Functions well, prints, scans and faxes. The included scanning software works well. Windows 7x64 set up was okay with included CD. I only use it for docs, not pictures.
Summary: I needed a print ink stingy, efficient and sensible printer. This is it! It was easy to set up wirelessly to my PC, but my Mac is not connected yet. I did something wrong and could not back up to correct the mistake. It's plugged in and working fine that way. iPad set up and working wirelessly, and it's an iPad 1! I'm still using the in package ink, so quite a bit more than a dribble came with the printer, a nice surprise. Print quality is excellent, speedy as well.
Summary: Ever since I brought this printer home three months ago, it has repeatedly grabbed more than one sheet of paper - up to 20 or more at a time. It also prints half (or less) of a document on one page and then prints the rest over multiple pages. Finally, today it grabbed about 20 pages. I heard a horrible plastic grinding and breakage noise from inside of the machine.
Summary: I bought this printer exactly 3 year ago November 2011 with light use in business mostly for copying and faxing. In fact I believe I may be only on my 3rd black cartridge after the starter. I've been very happy until now. I've read other reviews with the yellow leaking with no fix available. I just emailed support to see if there is a resolution to this issue. I'm hoping this can be resolved.
Summary: Purchased from Best Buy. Relatively easy installation on existing home wireless network. Operating systems across various devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, iphones) using various operation systems (windows 7, 8, IOS X) went well. Follow direction, with initial installation requiring additional steps, but subsequent computers were quick and very easy.
Summary: The printer worded great in the beginning, after about 2 years, the part that controls the cyan ink went haywire. After I put the new cartridges in the printer, the cyan was all over the wheels that push the paper through the printer & I'm getting a 1inch wide, soaking through the paper, blue streak. This is the second time this happened, another waste of $$$ down the tubes.
Summary: After calling for help with installing software printer was everything it was advertise to do. Also this was a remanufactured printer that by all accounts looked and functioned as NEW. I would buy again if needed. This replaced a still working Work Force 600 as I needed auto 2 sided printing and larger paper handling.
Summary: Purchased WP-4350 on January 10, 2012. It did fine until about March 2014. The colors started bleeding into each other ever so slightly. Then the yellow ink started leaking heavily and smearing on anything I would print. Thinking it might be a defective ink cartridge I replace it with a new one. Also, at the same time I replaced all the other cartridges since they were getting low. It has leaked out most all of the yellow and is working on the blue.
