Touchscreen, dual paper trays, all-in-one!

JulieBotkin, CNET
30 December 2014
  • Summary: There's a few mixed reviews about this printer but so far I like it. It is a bit large but not in width but rather in height. Its because of the dual paper trays which I happen to like.
  • Pros: Super easy setup for Win & Mac, Fast printing speeds, Fast scanner, Quality print outs.
  • Cons: Larger footprint (dual paper trays), Ink prices ($46 for cmy and $24 blk), Cleaning inks utility uses way too much ink.

  • Summary: Would not connect via wireless unless connected by USB during that session. NEVER printed any text adjacent to any thing with color in it. Customer service dragged support along until the warranty was expired then simply said,"oh, you should have sent this in for repair.
  • Pros: scanned
  • Cons: unreliable printer

If I could give you 0 stars I would, just because you are money grubbing jerkwads.

Amazon Customer, Amazon
29 July 2014
  • Summary: If I could give you 0 stars I would, just because you are money grubbing jerkwads. Turns out, after reinstalling a printer driver on one of my systems, it updated the printer so now I can't use my non-epson ink cartridges.

Very Disappointed

Chris Holdorf, Amazon
18 January 2014
  • Summary: We have had a lot of trouble with this printer. We have used it with two desktops running Windows and a Macbook Pro. All 3 units have had trouble printing. None of them can scan. After much frustration, it was eventually hardwired to one of the desktops.

  • Summary: I really admire your work and wish you all the best. You are also recommended to all my friends and will also link a banner to your site and will support your work.
  • Pros: Most of them are cheaper but full of ads and slow loading pages and also with so many problems and bad and unfair technical support. You do I great job.
  • Cons: Thank you so much for your patience and your good and strong team work.
