Summary: I have had this printer for about a year. I cannot say enough about how great it works. It prints very fast. The photographs are excellent The installation directions were very easy to understand especially the wireless setup instructions and the fax setup instructions. I had everything up and working in no time at all and I am not a computer expert. It is very user friendly. I especially like how easy it is to set up printing on both sides of the paper.
Summary: We have had this for months now. Use it very heavily in a busy, paperwork driven business. This unit just does exactly what it says and is easy to set up on multiple computers. The duplex printing has spoiled us so we use it from several offices to duplex. Super job Epson.
Summary: First off, I am a big fan of Epson and also have a 3800 photo printer. I buy Epson over and over because their tech support is the best. When I have issues, they still my take phone calls on my printers that are actually out of warranty and a real human actually trouble shoots issues with me to conclusion. Try that with HP. The 840 is the best All-in-One I've ever owned.
Summary: I have to say, if you are going to buy a good quality printer for your home or office. Then this is truly the one to buy. I have been using this for about 4 months. I can honestly say that this is a high quality Printer. I have printed 200 flyers at one time. They all came out like the first. I have not done five hundred at one time.I printed have printed thousands of things. If you are going to make business cards, flyers, cards, spread sheets.
Summary: I have been using my 840 for several months now because I really wanted to put it through the paces before I wrote my review - every printer is good out of the box, but I wanted to give you some real-world opinion on this unit. Set up was a breeze, menus are fast and easy to operate, and the printer is feature-rich. The printer prints fast and the prints are laser-like in their quality.
Summary: Love this printer, it is definitely a workhorse. I can definitely say it's the best I've ever had and it does everything I need it to do - double sided pages, multi-page scans, Wi-Fi printing, etc. I've had the printer for well over a year, but this week we had a lot of extra printing to do because of work. I literally went through a double-capacity black ink cartdridge in the last 24 hours, and the printer worked like a charm.
Summary: I have been using this printer for several months now and have no complaints. The paper trays hold a ton of paper which is nice. The touch-pad interface is large and easy to understand. I bought mine directly from the Epson refurbished department for only $150 with free shipping. Google 'Epson Refurbish' to find that link. Also, after market ink is readily available for only $6-7 a cartridge and it works well.
Summary: This printer is great for the price. The amount of features this printer has versus the price in unbelievable. Duplexing and the wireless features are two great things about this printer. The print quality of photos is also amazing when used on photo paper.
Summary: I have used the copying, scanning, and printing functions. I use it in the wireless mode. The printer is easy to configure and use. The touchscreen of the printer really is easy to understand and makes things simple. Printing: I use plain ordinary paper and both b/w and color printing for ocassional use at home. The copies are crips, and really well produced. I am very happy. Copying: It captures details much better than even my huge office professional all in one.
Summary: I had a feeder issue with this printer and the customer service was just incredible. Epson listened carefully to the issues, and replaced my unit, even expediting overnight when i explained a very special predicament. Also, their online interactive problem solver on the website was helpful to see if i could fix the issue myself before i called. After having issues with printers in the past I was pleasantly surprised by this level of service.
