Summary: Product came with very little almost no color ink in factory first cartridges....machine quit working completely until I went and bought replacements, that happened 2nd day. I complained to Office Max and they gave me free replacements a week later, or I would have returned machine..
Summary: I have had this printer (purchased refurbished from Epson) for about 4 months now. I bought it mainly for its large 11"x17" flatbed scanner (documenting work printed on legal-sized paper, saving the kids' large art projects or working on a scanned copy of my own art projects, etc.).
Summary: This printer is an excellent value if you need to print 11x17 paper. I have a few of these out in the field, and they have proven to have average reliability. I had one start leaking ink all over the paper after one year and one month. It is known to have a paper jam more often than it should.

Summary: I just started using this, and I will add more info later. I am concerned about the tiny ink cartridges, even though this is a new type of ink that supposedly goes twice as far. When the unit runs out of paper, it mistakenly reports on its LCD display that there is a paper jam - just touch the Stop...
