Summary: If you got 126 inks instead of 127 you can call 562-276-1300, press "1" and follow the prompt. Tell them about your problem and that you bought it from Amazon.com. Make sure to give them the serial number located on the back of the printer. They will send you a new set of 127 for free. Good luck.
Summary: In its class, this has to be the best printer available. I absolutely love it! I finally decided HP was no longer a viable option in the printer category (too many problems). I did have a problem with my LinkSys router (b/g/n) recognizing the printer, but after calling LinkSys, all is well.
Summary: I love this printer. Pros that I know: * Printing is clean and fast * Interface can be configured so that convenient settings are remembered (within windows XP at least) * Fast "draft" style printing is insanely fast * THE FAX WILL WORK THROUGH COMCAST VOIP!!!!
Summary: I have been using HP all-in-ones since the early 80's and every tine I upgraded I had more problems with HP. My final HP got so bad that HP tech support said that it could not be repaired. So I got an Epson 635 all-in-one.
Summary: About the only bad thing I can say about this unit was that the included software installation disk didn't work properly with Windows 7, causing some delays to getting the thing up and running. But once I downloaded the most recent drivers, it was cake.
Summary: In my home office I have several printers with primarily the Epson Artisan 810 being our main all-in-one as we do a lot of disc printing. I recently added the Epson Workforce 840 and reviewed that a few days ago too.
Summary: Wow, I love this printer! It's replacing my previous all in one printer, that was about 7 years old, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Very easy to install, My main computer is using Windows 7, and then the other computers on my network are using Vista and XP, and no problems printing.
