Summary: DO NOT buy this printer. In fact, don't buy ANY Epson printers anymore. It does not grab paper like it should. Also the greedy pigs at Epson have made it so third party ink DOES NOT WORK in the printer. I'm considering SUING them in small claims court because I'm so angry right now.

Summary: I bought this printer hoping that I could rely on it as a home printer-all in one. At first, I was happy, but then after a few months of light use a wheel fell off the back of the printer. I went to Epson's website to replace the part, but learned that I needed to replace the entire printer.
Summary: The ink refills are exorbitant in cost and Epson makes it impossible to use generic ink. I HATE THIS PRINTER because of the high ink cost. I'm ditching it and getting one that can use cheap[er] ink. Otherwise, the printer functioned very well.
Summary: I bought this printer because of the ability to print double sided pages and for printing pictures. The double-sided printing feature worked for about 100 pages then started to jam every time I selected that feature. The printing is not high quality.
Summary: I purchased this EPSON 635 in Aug 2011. If makes OK paper copies, Very Poor Photo prints, and has bad Warranty parameters. EPSON has Terrible Customr Service and Terrible warranty parameters. The 635 does not work a very long time. Replacements are refurbished models that last even less time.
Summary: My brother used to be a tech for Epson and since we have always been MAC users the connection was always good so when we needed a new all around good printer for our home based business we decided this would be the way to go.
Summary: This printer prints clear, crisp images. However, the scan tool doesn't scan colors accurately. It is an elaborate process to change the settings and the one-button scanning is no longer an option if you want the color settings to be anything other than the factory presets.
Summary: I spent 7 hours trying to set up this printer. I am pretty tech savvy. After 5 hours, trying to set it up on 2 Windows laptops and 1 Macbook pro, I could not get the printer to talk to the computers. I downloaded all the lates drivers also. My wirelss network is pretty standard and is working fine.
