Excerpt: We have owned the Epson workforce 600 for about a year now. We are extremely happy with the print quality of this machine. Very easy to use, and very easy to load cartridges. The cons for us have been the issue of space, it really is a big machine! Another con for us would be the fact that when one ink runs out we lose printing capability until we load in a fresh cartridge. The cartridges are medium priced.
Summary: Excellent design, very fast but loud with ink cartridges not readily available in many stores (at least not in Panama), they can´t be refurbished, wireless connection very hard to configure (neeeded a technician). Would not buy again!
Summary: excellence features and good outlook, but not intend to refer anyone, due to the cost buy the inks are a lot and higher than the cost for buying that printer. How smart when everyone to buy this printer.
Summary: I bought theepson 600 a couple weeks ago and hooked it up to my desktop. had no I tried o do the WI FI on my dell laptop and so far I have not been able to di it, I got sick flu)and have not had a chance to all the customer service hot line. Overall quality of the print is awesome.
Pros: I haven't used all the features, but the print speed and quality are both very good, as well as the scan speed. Love the wireless networking, and it set up easily, compared to an HP model I set up for a friend.
Cons: Con: it takes 3 buttons to turn the power off! Nuisance! You have to push the power button off, then you have to quickly push the up arrow key to OK, then hit the Enter button. If you're too slow, you have to start again. Epson tech: no fix for this!
Summary: Readers should be aware that the printer stops printing as soon as any of the colors run out of ink, including black and white. This means that if you run out of Cayan, you cannot print a word document....their explanation is that for every page a little color is used, regardless of whether you are just printing black and white.
