Summary: Over all I have had no issues with my 'Epson Workforce 500. I think it is the best AIO Printer I have ever had. The fax is wonderful and fast.
Pros: Prints beautiful photos, fast, clean, and works Great, I Love it. The fax works Great, the printing is also fast. The copy is a little slow, but it gets the job done. Even the very small little words or numbers show up. Great copy machine.
Cons: There is no Icon for the printer. It is a task at hand to find away to print from the machine it's self. You must print your page or photo using the file, print message from the menu on the photo or document you want to print. But it's no big deal. An icon on the desk top would be a better way.
Summary: Run out of any of the three color inks and you can no longer use any functions of the printer. I have a full black ink cartridge and I'm unable to use due to this designed lockout by Epson. They are forcing the hand to up there profits. This is unacceptable.
Summary: This printer is soooo bad. The ink runs out right away and they are soooo expensive to purchase. On top of it all if you want to print in black and white only you have to purchase the other color cartridges, which by the way, cost more than the printer itself. RIP OFF!!!!!!
Summary: Pros: 1. Same Epson Quality 2. Easy Setup and online Enhancement 3. Professional looks and fast high quality output. 4. Stand alone functions and fast easy to use Menu 5. Bright easy to see and use LCD 6. Great price Cons: 1. Small printer ink Cartridges. 2. Sensitive paper handling with ADF 3.
Summary: After many years of faithful use from a Lexmark that cost me practically nothing, I decided to "upgrade" to an EPSON Workforce 500 all-in-one so I could combine my scanning and printing capability in the same equipment. BIG MISTAKE! The Epson is worthless!
Summary: Epson Printers are horrible! For one really important reason. You think you're getting an all-in-one setup here, but really you only get to use the scanning and faxing part of this as long as you keep it filled with ink.
All productivity comes to a halt when you run low on ink !!

Summary: I went to the store with dear old Dad, to purchase a printer to replace his Lexmark that had mechanical problems. These Epson Workforce all-in-one printers have all the features you would love. Fax directly without having to boot up your computer.
Summary: This printer is no more than adequate because of the print quality issues I am having. This is especially bad since we dont print more than 5 - 20 pages per week. Printer is noisy like all inkjets.
Summary: This printer works just fine. The first one I got was defective and I had to bring it right back. The second one works just fine. I like this machine, but it has two terrible design flaws. The first has to do with the ink cartridges. They are the smallest I've ever seen.
