Summary: Simply put it rarely works right the first time. Scans often don't complete. It often doesn't accept ink replacement cartridges. Even ones made by Epson. Epson should be ashamed of themselves. Buy anything else.
Summary: I bought one to "upgrade" myself to a newer printer that has cheaper ink cartridges. I couldn't be more dissatisfied. The printer will print just fine and then out of nowhere it'll tell you that some of the ink cartridges are empty and they need to be replaced. You can't even print out a black and white paper without all the ink reading at ok. You cannot override the ink shutdown like i've been able to with other printers.
Summary: It's been through 2 moves, and it is still kicking. It's the best printer I've ever owned. Wireless setup is easy. I've changed the cartridge 2 times, and that's easy too. I have never once had a problem with this printer. I cant believe the low score it has here.
Summary: I've had this printer for about a year, use it to print a couple pages and scan a few items per month. Works great. High quality scanner, reasonably fast printer. Never had an issue with paper jamming. Easy to setup on home network. Not the highest end printer for the price it works well.
Summary: First product received but did not print, did the hours of trouble shooting with Epson, ordered and tried new ink but nothing worked..finally after alot of talking and some ugly conversations, got Epson to honor their warrenty. New one is here now and works perfectly!
Quite honestly the crappiest printer I've ever owned. Ever.

Summary: My husband and I purchased this printer for our home-business thinking it would be a great buy and would work really well. Boy, were we wrong. The printer ALWAYS prints crookedly due to the paper-feeder pulling the paper into the printer on an angle...but I'll overlook that annoying fact.... The scanning software is ridiculous - often taking 3-5 minutes to scan a single piece of paper with black and white text at 300dpi...
Summary: This is, quite literally, the single worst piece of technology I have ever had the misfortune of owning. There are a number of serious problems with this printer: 1) In spite of using the most up-to-date Epson software (just installing the printer itself was a pain), the printer cannot seem to connect consistently to the computer, either by WiFi or USB.
Summary: I bought this printer 6 months ago. After about a month using it, I realized I made a mistake by purchasing it. Where to begin... 1. Print quality a very poor. Printouts are crooked (consistently). 2. Drinks ink! 3. When it detects it is low on ink, YOU CANNOT PRINT. So, you had better have some spare ink cartridges handy. Otherwise, you'll have a nice, big $75 brick on your desk until you replace the cartridges. In summary, it's junk.
Summary: This is the worst printer I ever had. It's painfully slow, loud and now it refuses to print black and white. It's very cheaply made parts just fall off with a slight touch, scanner does not work either. And it chews paper. I wish I read the previews on Amazon before I bought it in the store.
Summary: I'm blown away by all the negative reviews. I use it frequently, and I haven't had any problems at all with this printer beyond the occasional paper jam. It works great, just as advertised. I only print wirelessly (ZERO problems with that) and regularly use the scanner and copier. I've never used the fax function, so I can't comment on that.
