Better than expected quality, speed, and reliability

Summary: This was my second Epson Printer All-In-One purchased. Both are wonderful machines and are better than expected in every category. My last 4 or 5 printers have been HP's and have been so-so in my experience. Set-Up is way easy and intuitive and Print Speed and Quality far exceed my past printers. There is no slight of hand with the Epson such as Print-Pins, High priced inks, or exotic Name Brand Papers required.
Summary: I love this printer! I bought it about 3 weeks ago.. Setup was easy. It is so fast in copying and printing. I have not used the fax yet. No comparison with my old hp. Very happy with it so far.
Summary: I love this printer. I bought it to replace a similar HP 4 in 1 printer that I only bought a few years ago, which was an absolute piece of junk. For those of you who remember the movie Office Space, the scene in the field summarizes my relationship with HP's lowcost printers. Cartridges would run out after 70 pages, the wifi never worked properly, documents constantly crashed, half my devices could not recognize the printer, etc.
Summary: I am very pleased so far with this printer. After reading reviews, it seemed to be the right one for our family's needs. I like the speed of printing pages. The setup was very user friendly and I was up and running in no time. The price seemed very good for the quality of printer.
Summary: I bought this after a disappointing experience with Canon (they hinted at Linux support then -- once I bought the printer -- told me it wouldn't work). I couldn't be more pleased. I've gotten it set up to print from Ubuntu Linux 12.04, Windows 7, and Android (my phone and my tablet). Haven't tried iOS yet. I am using it only via Wi-Fi and was concerned about how I'd enter my WPA key.
No problem printing or scanning with OS X 10.9.1. Mavericks

Summary: Turned printer on and followed on-LCD-screen instructions to initialize, install cartridges, and connect to Wi-Fi. Once that was done, I was able to scan using my Mac's built-in "Image Capture" utility (no need to install Epson software), and print from my Mac (where the Printer automatically appeared to be available) and from my iPhone where it was available as an AirPrint printer.
Summary: This printer was very easy to install. I was up and running very quickly. While reading through the features, I was surprised at the capabilities of this machine. It seems to be designed from the ground up to be a shared device, with lots of options for accessing its features. Printing can be done from a print driver, emailing files to the printer, or through a remote print driver. Scanning also has an abundance of options.
