Excerpt: I purchased this all-in-one Epson printer to be my daily utility printer after years and years of using the other leading brand and not being satisfied. This Epson printer is quicker at printing duplex, which I use as the default to save paper. It prints on side one, waits about 2 seconds for the ink to dry, then pulls the paper back in and prints on the second side - no smearing. My previous printers had to let the ink dry on the first side for 20 seconds.
Excerpt: Printer is great. Wish the scanner was a little faster and that you didnt have to fan the pages to have them scan. Other than that it worked great for faxing, printing, scanning and copying. Not made for printing good quality photo's but if you just want a photo to show someone it is good.
Excerpt: I purchased the Epson WF-3520 approximately 2 weeks ago. Initial setup was quick, easy, and flawless. I performed a portion of the setup using the keypad/touchscreen on the printer, rather than using a USB cable to a computer. No problems - it went exceptionally well using that method. I was able to install the printer software on 3 networked computers (Windows 7 - one 32 bit version and two 64 bit versions) with no difficulty or error messages.
Excerpt: This is a great printer for the money. The remote print features are an added bonus to what I was looking for. The print speed is perfect for what I need running a small home based business. The only trouble that I have had is printing 6 3/4 envelopes. They are so small that you need to push them in with your finger because they need to be seated well in the rear feed tray. Larger envelopes and anything else through the rear feed try print perfectly.
Summary: I love this printer. I bought it to replace a similar HP 4 in 1 printer that I only bought a few years ago, which was an absolute piece of junk. For those of you who remember the movie Office Space, the scene in the field summarizes my relationship with HP's lowcost printers. Cartridges would run out after 70 pages, the wifi never worked properly, documents constantly crashed, half my devices could not recognize the printer, etc.
Excerpt: I bought this printer about a month ago to replace my aging HP C3180 Photosmart. While the HP has been a trusty sidekick on the desk, recent Apple upgrades have made it harder and harder to keep the pair in cahoots. The last upgrade finally caused an unrepairable rift -- the two just weren't on the same page anymore. This Epson is a night and day difference!
Excerpt: I just love my new Epson printer. It makes very clear copies and I love being able to print 2 sided pages with little effort. You also have many settings to select from to get the desired copy. (i.e. - reduce, enlarge, lighter, darker, etc.) It can copy, fax and scan. "A Must Have if you are looking for a printer!
Excerpt: I really like the way this machine connects to my computer for saving, creating PDFs, or sending scans directly to my e-mail program for sending. The ADF and double sided scanning, copying, and printing is a real time saver. I haven't had need to send a fax yet but it appears to be a straightforward process. Installation was a piece of cake.
