printer paper feed

Adorama
  • Excerpt: Just brought it home and on the 3rd print job, the printer did begin spitting out 2-4 pages per print page! Saw a review before I bought printer - should have paid attention to it. It is very frustrating to print 5 pages and get 9 pages in a stack and have to sort thru them for the actual printed page.

Density

Casper, Adorama
11 July 2014
  • Excerpt: Cannot adjust the density so I can read the printed subjects I choose. Even changed the black ink cartridge and this didn't work either. Will look for a EPSON repair company in the locate(Austin Tx) area. The average rating stems from the cost of the ink cartridges. The WF-3250 instructions are no help. A simple explanation that does not solve the density adjustment.

Demo Model 3520 Doesn't Work

JerryT, Adorama
7 July 2014
  • Excerpt: Having bought the Demo Model as the last one in the store, I found when getting the printer home the black would not print and the color was faded/unsatisfactory. After calling the Rockland store, they assured me the printer would be replaced. I live on an island, so this problem is really an inconvenience requiring me to get on the ferry boat in the morning and returning in the late afternoon.

Brand new

Lucky, Adorama
30 June 2014
  • Excerpt: Just purchased. Set up not easy. Got wireless to connect to laptop but NOT to desktop. Having real problems loading paper and envelopes in rear tray. Takes numerous attempts to load properly. I will reserve my opinion with further use. Right now not real happy.

double side printilng

iwas, Adorama
18 June 2014
  • Excerpt: I am still struggling with printing on each side of a sheet-from the computer-from two different documents, a feature I use a lot. (without having to mechanically turn the sheet. The on line guide does not seem very explicit. I still find the touch screen confusing.

a few snags

Epsom, Staples
27 May 2014
  • Excerpt: It's an ok product. We bought this one because both our HP copier/ printers went down at the same time. Decided to try a different brand. We had a Kodak and that certainly wasn't worth any money - it'll make a good target. We've had the Epson for about 3 months under medium home use. It likes to paper jam, but it's easy to un-jam, just need room to get to the back of the machine. It is picky as to what kind of paper you use.

some good some not so good

Adorama
20 May 2014
  • Excerpt: I have some computer skill but not a lot. The directions for connection to the network for the first time is confusing. All computers must have the software installed before connecting to the network is confusing. The HELP video took 15 minutes to download - not helpful. I was able to get the second computer to print via the network before I was able to get the computer I used to connect the printer to the network.
