Summary: UPDATE 6/27/2013 Well scanning to Google Cloud turns out to work for me, but I never did get the direct scan from printer to work. Other than that, the printer has held up fine, no paper jams, or other problems. It appears to be sturdy for a printer in the home/light business class. So, despite the bad tech support experience and the scanning issue, I like the printer a little better now.
Summary: The printer was a breeze to set up. Wireless worked flawlessly, I was really in love with this printer...until...I decided to try out the fax. I tried everything I could think of to make this work. It could not pick up a dial tone. We have ATT Uverse for our phone service, so I called ATT and ordered the line filter, still nothing. I finally broke down and called for Tech Support at Epson.
Would be 5 stars except for Epson software and drivers

Summary: After experiencing two problematic HP OfficeJets in a year, we made the switch to Epson. The Epson hardware is superior in every way to the equivalent HP model. Overall feel is more durable, and the paper tray and ADF is much easier to operate and reliable. If you are going to use this as a dedicated USB printer it is 5 stars across the board. I had to deduct 2 stars for its less than intuitive software and networking.
Summary: I tested the printer/scanner on a MacBook Pro running OS 10.8.2. Unpacking and setup was straightforward. The printer came with everything needed except a USB cable (pretty standard practice these days). I installed the drivers off of the CD. You can also install them via the Internet. Not much else is installed, and the installer gives you control over what it puts on your computer. The controls are fairly intuitive, but you navigate via arrows.
Summary: Heute installiert. WLAN-Verbindung erstmals genutzt. Ansprechendes Äusseres. Erster Druck rasend schnell im Vergleich zum vorherigen Drucker. Mehr Erfahrungen aber noch nicht gemacht. Bin gespannt.
