Excellent SOHO Printer
G J LUKE, Amazon
13 June 2014
Summary: Very good quality prints, excellent access over WiFi, prints quickly and efficiently and the duplex feature is a real boon for making professional style documents. Combined with a very straightforward scanning facility (again with duplex) direct to one's computer and it's hard to fault this machine.
Good multifunctional printer but with temperamental software
DonPin61 "dhppca", Amazon

Summary: I'm generally satisfied with this multifunctional printer which appears good quality and is proving economical to run. It is a big beast. My only criticism is that the software used to connect the printer to the PC, whether by USB or wifi, works when it thinks it will, and sometimes won't connect up...
Summary: Please do not purchase this printer. At the moment I'm still too mad to write a full review. Suffice to say printer number 1 failed after 11 months. The control panel window went completely blank. A bit of a pain but still in warranty. Epson replaced number 1.
Summary: I have had the printer for about 16 months - and it performed well [print & scan modes - I do not use fax] until just before XMAS. Then I started to get smudging on the paper - specifically of yellow ink.
Summary: Had to have my first one replaced but they came within 48 hours great service. I am really happy with the printer fast and easy to set up. and you can use via computer/Phone /and air print devices. you can even Fax via PC. I recommend this to anyone.
Summary: The Epson 4545's usability is great. It sits in 'copy' mode by default, which makes sense as that's most likely what you will want if not printing something. Just hit go. If not, there's a dedicated button for the other features and the screen is only used for refining settings, so faxing is as easy...
Summary: I bought this in May 2012 for £159.99 after getting fed up with cheaper home printers that ate ink, printed slowly, and suffered from regular paper-jams. I don't print photos, so can't comment on how good/bad this is compared with other printers, but for documents and other general printing needs,...
Summary: Purchased this a few weeks ago. Whilst it's a bigger than you might imagine it fitted fine in my old printers footprint (canon mp830). It installed easily on my various laptops & devices, tho the instructions for mobiles & tablets was vague (use the free epson imprint app).
