I love Epson printers!

  • Summary: This is my second Epson printer. I called the support to help me out and they helped me to connect my computers to my new printer. The color is excellent and clear. It does everything that Epson said it would. Very pleased.

User Review

  • Summary: The Epson printers are about the best you can buy The only problem I have is I bought this one so I could load it with envelopes and leave it but you can only put envelopes in the top tray (or one at a time in rear slot), This creates a problem because it defaults to the top tray to print anything, and some times it refuses to let you select the bottom tray. I would give it a 5 if it would let you select which tray you needed as the default paper tray.

Great purchase - WorkForce 3540 All-In-One Printer

Annette, Epson
27 October 2014
  • Summary: This printer (Epson WorkForce 3540) does everything I need it to do in my home office. Prints via WiFi and ethernet from my Mac, PC, and iPhone 5s. You can print to it even if you aren't at home, although I haven't set up this option yet. It copies/scans projects that I am working on from the flatbed scanner, whether it's from a book or multiple pages from the document feeder.

Epson Printer

  • Summary: For most purposes I really like the Epson printer that I purchased two weeks ago. One thing that I am not happy about is that when I scan photos I have to put them into a pictures folder and then put them in iPhoto. My previous printer would scan directly to iPhoto on my iMac.

WF-3540

  • Summary: This printer is a very good printer and does most of what it is designed to do. Initial set up is easy right out of the box with a couple of exceptions. The instructions for initial set up leaves something to be desired in setting up the WIFI, the network and several of the regular use descriptions. Several of the functions are passed off to the online manual without comment, and setting such things as network password is not intuitive.

Great Printer for small business - Great features

Stevevip, Epson
15 August 2014
  • Summary: Overall this is a fantastic printer at a great price range. I don't even use all the features such as faxing, which I had problems implementing and just gave up. I use the faxing on my other Epson printer that is a different model. The only thing I am unhappy with is in envelope printing - not the one at a time for addressing to whom you are mailing, but printing my own color printed upper left with logo, graphic, etc.

It's Okay

Bob, Epson

  • Summary: It seems to work pretty good, but set up wasn't exactly smooth. It's a bit slow to warm up. Prints are reasonably crisp, color is pretty good for an inexpensive printer. Scanner works ok.
