Summary: I purchased the WF-7620 two weeks ago. The printing is of laser quality. The color XL tri-pack cartridges last good but are difficult to find in local retail stores. Have major problems with paper jams and color printouts. I waste too much paper because of paper jams. Some colors on the printouts are not the color that they should be. It scans rather slowly. It is big, bulky and heavy.
Summary: I really like the all in one printer. There are some technical issues I haven't quite resolved though. It disconnects from the network often. Its quite irritating and inconvenient. The quality isn't what I had expected also. But hey sometimes it does work then its a surprise.
Summary: Haven't got the Wi-Fi to connect after 3 hours of trying. Also noticed that I don't have the option to scan to pdf file which the book indicates should be. I'll update after I get everything working or take it back to the store. Anyway, not happy yet but will keep trying.
Summary: Had for 12 days and I couldn't get it to print two sided without it printing the back page upside down. This is a huge issue since I purchased this printer to do brochures for my husband's business. Had to travel back to store to exchange. We live in a remote area of Maine and the nearest best buy where I purchased is an hour away. Making it very inconvient for me.
Summary: There are features I like, but the software is not up to date with the Apple Mountain Lion. Takes too long to scan and then I have problems with scanning and have to restart and and re-install software per instructions giving by Epson. Need to up grade the drivers via the internet.
