Worst printer experience i have ever had.

  • Summary: Each day I start my work at 3:30 am. I have a deadline to get my word done and it affects the our entire operation. Each day since I have bought this printer it will not print and I spend 2 hours trying to get it to work properly. I just want to do my work and then hit print and have a document print out. When it does print there is an unusual delay. Most times it simply does not work at all. just sits there, or doesn't wake up.

  • Summary: CANT SET UP TO PRINT FROM EMAIL OR OTHER REMOTE PRINTING OPTIONS. BOUGHT IT TO BE ABLE TO PRINT FROM PHONE, TABLET, PC, NO LUCK. IT IS A HUGE PAPERWEIGHT WITH A USB CABLE AND ETHERNET CABLE.

Compatability issue with Microsoft office suite

  • Summary: Went I load the printer drive, Excel and Word will not run. I have to un-install the driver in order to run Excel or Office. Windows and Epson say the drivers are up to date.

I dont recommend this product!!!

  • Summary: After just few months, it wont print unless i click on hold and resume printing over and over again. Wireless is terrible. Even when i connected the cable, most of the time it is not printing the first time. I need to try again and again. Turned on and off and then hit print again..sometimes it prints and sometimes it does not...very frustrating...i dont know what i'm doing wrong. Was it because i am using a Mac computer?

  • Summary: I would not recommend this printer. I am a teacher and rely on my printer. The ink (200 cartridge) has to be replaced when one color runs out. So even if you don't use the color for printing/ copying, the message to replace the cartridge, which ever is out appears. Even though the printer screen shows printing can be extended, no printing can continue. So cartridge has to be bought to continue. There is nothing to alert the consumer until after ink cartridge is used up.

  • Summary: I had 2 of these WF-3540 all in one printers, and after 2 years they both started printing with empty lines thru the sentences . Also thru pictures. Nothing I did would correct this problem.Also some of the printing lines were crooked and blurred.

  • Summary: I really do not like this printer. It prints poorly, no matter how many times I try to clean/align the printer heads, there are missed lines. It's picky and gets paper jams no matter how many different kinds of paper I try. I am just waiting for it to konk out completely and move to a better brand (not just model).

  • Summary: IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. I wasted a whole set of starter ink cartridges trying to get it to print properly but to no avail. I finally took it back with a brand new set of high capacity ink cartridges (I forgot to take them out) and the only machine they had in stock was A WF-3620. I took that one and it is working fine. I wasted a lot of time , ink, gas money and had some frayed nerves. The Office Depot store in Glendale were very helpful in getting the replacement.
