Looks Great but 2 of them failed and had to be returned

Summary: We bought this for a home office environment and its packed with features and looks Great. When it came time to replace the ink cartridges it refused to print anything. Went through all the motions but didn't manage to place any ink on the paper. Returned to Amazon for a replacement and exactly the same thing happened with the second printer. Spent over £60 on ink and head cleaning for no results.. returned for a refund. AMAZON were PERFECT with customer service though..
Summary: I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A EPSON PRINTER & MAYBE I AM ONE OF THE UNLUCKY ONES, AS I AM NOW ON MY THIRD REPLACEMENT. THE PROBLEM I KEEP HAVING IS THE MACHINE GETS BLOCKED UP WITH INK, WHEN EVER THE CARTRIDGES ARE CHANGED, RESULTING IN THE MACHINE HAVING TO BE TAKEN TO A EPSON TECHINICAL CENTRE, JUST TO BE TOLD THAT IT WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED.
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER! I bought this printer to combine functions. The FIRST time I replaced the black cartridge, it stopped printing in black. I ran head cleaning commands, nozzle checks, but nothing. It then demanded that I replace successively, the blue, then the red, then the yellow cartridge. Each time it required a new cartridge, IT STOPPED PRINTING ANYTHING! It would not print in an alternate colour, it simply shut down--completely downing your day's work.
