Summary: We bought this for a home office environment and its packed with features and looks Great. When it came time to replace the ink cartridges it refused to print anything. Went through all the motions but didn't manage to place any ink on the paper.
Summary: I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A EPSON PRINTER & MAYBE I AM ONE OF THE UNLUCKY ONES, AS I AM NOW ON MY THIRD REPLACEMENT. THE PROBLEM I KEEP HAVING IS THE MACHINE GETS BLOCKED UP WITH INK, WHEN EVER THE CARTRIDGES ARE CHANGED, RESULTING IN THE MACHINE HAVING TO BE TAKEN TO A EPSON TECHINICAL CENTRE, JUST TO BE...
Absolute rubbish - do not buy - not fit for the purpose

Summary: Bought mine in October 2009 and have had exactly the same print problems as every one else. It has cost a fortune in cartridges, but most importantly - the black ink cartridge will not print and I am fed up of how much time I have spent trying to get it to print an important document that I need...
Summary: I bought this model just over 1 yr ago (yes - just ran out of warranty!) The first one I got - I took home, unpackaged and did exactly what it said on the instructions and hey presto - paper jam and I could do nothing to resolve this. Next day I returned it to pc world for a replacement.
Summary: I purchased this office printer in April 09, at first it worked fine but i was amazed how quickly it went through the ink, the cartridges are pretty narrow (and expensive) but i put that down to all the faffing about when you start a new printer like aligning the text, trouble shooting printing...
Summary: Like others before me I was very pleased with the printer until about a month ago (I'd had it just over a year by then) when the blue head got blocked. No matter how much I tried the head cleaning function it stayed blocked.
Summary: Avoid this printer. I had this printer for approximately one month before problems occurred. 1. The black ink ran out between 10-15 pages. 2. When replaced with a genuine Epson black cartridge it then asks you to replace all the othe colours individually, which costs you around £30+.
Summary: This is a very annoying piece of equipment. I have had lasers for years, no problems (not even with the Epson) with the advance of inkjets over the years I decided to add an inkjet to our selection of printers, bought this worked great, hooked up easily to the network, was so impressed, bought a...
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER! I bought this printer to combine functions. The FIRST time I replaced the black cartridge, it stopped printing in black. I ran head cleaning commands, nozzle checks, but nothing. It then demanded that I replace successively, the blue, then the red, then the yellow cartridge.
Summary: This was my first Epson,,, and my last. After two years' very light usage, the black print suddenly went very patchy. Like other reviewers, I tried repeated head cleaning and changed black cartridge - then it kept demanding new colour cartridges (which were all working) in turn.
