Excerpt: I bought this printer a couple of years ago in order to print off important/boring documents. The reasons I chose this printer ====================== Ink is affordable/available - At the time of buying, one of the factors involved in buying a printer for me was how easy it would be to buy ink for the printer and how expensive the ink would be. I found that the ink was widely available online at a reasonable price.
I can highly recommend this printer. It was a very good price when compared with similar models.

Excerpt: Epson Stylus SX515 inkjet all in one wireless printer The layout of this all-in-one device is pretty conventional. The whole model is as black in colour as black can be with the scanner lid having a decorative pattern of grey dots adorning it. The control panel to the left of the lid is made up of buttons that are set flush with the unit.
Excerpt: I am a university student doing a design course, therefore need a scanner, printer, photo printer, normal printer, which obviously are all included in this product. I've owned it for a year and had only minor issues involving the wireless connection to my computer, which were easily resolved. The build quality is not fantastic, however it is expected at a cheaper price than higher end brands.
Excerpt: I have had this printer for about 12months. It is an all in one printer. I find the printing quality to be good, and ink cartridges seem to last longer than my old HP all-in one printer. Ink cartridges are also reasonably priced, and with colour cartridges you can just change the colour that is running out. The fast draft print mode produces documents that are barely readable, so most of the time I have to use standard mode.
Summary: The first thing that struck me was that although it clearly said Epson SX515W on the box, the manual was for the SX510 and nothing in it even mentioned the SX515W, which I found slightly off-putting! I also found the instructions in the user guide (including the setup guide) very poor indeed. However, after selecting Quiet Mode in the printer preferences, I did not find the printer noisy at all. In fact, I thought it seemed considerably quieter than my Epson R220.
Summary: The printer is an excellent bit of kit but the WiFi set-up was something else on Windows 7. Firstly there are no instructions for Windows 7 but I followed the Wi-Fi instructions enclosed for Windows Vista. I got as far as section 2 and number 9 and that was when the problems started. I got a message saying Epson Net setup has stopped working and then any further instructions disappeared off my computer and I'm left thinking, 'Now what?'.
Summary: Pleased with printing however I'm disappointed with the paper feed. The feeder is almost vertical and lightweight paper falls forward thus often producing a paper feed error after switching on. I've wasted a considerable amount of paper as a result of having to bin one sheet every time I switch the printer on. A little bit noisy but print quality and speed are good.
EPSON Stylus SX515W - stylish, capable but not perfect

Excerpt: "...I decided to purchase the Epson SX515W as it looked good, had all the features I wanted and was a good price. == Installation == The salesman advised me to set it up on the desktop initially as it would be hard wired via USB. If you hear this don't let it put you off. The set-up works fine even if you have a single laptop but you must ensure the printer is connected to it via USB when the initial printer setup is carried out. Anyhow, I set ...
Pros: Stylish, fast printing, quality output, good range of functions
Summary: I bought the Epson SX515W to replace my previous Epson inkjet after 5 years reliable service. It does everying scan, copies, prints to a high resolution. I am delighted with it. The only downside is the inkjet cartridges - the initial set I used seemed to run out quite quickly but I understand this is because ink is used to charge the print heads and the next set should last longer.
Summary: I bought this printer from a high street store starting with Ar and ending with gos, at the same price. Thought I'd share a quick review. You can by the SX200 without wifi for half the price, and the specs seem roughly the same, so basically you're paying double for the wi-fi aspect. Is it worth it? In a word, maybe. More on that later. However, the printer itself looks great, and was very easy to set up.
