Summary: As I write, the hulking mass of black plastic that is the Epson stylus is perched beside me, taking up most of the desk. I've owned this all-in-one for about eight months now, having bought it to replace a previous Epson all-in-one that developed a print head fault which would have cost twice the price of a new printer to repair.
Pros: Excellent print quality and software package.

Summary: I have lost count of the number of printers I have had over the years for me these have always been the peripherals that just never seem to work. After making a New Years resolution to print out my photos I thought I should bite the bullet and invest in a new printer. The printer I chose was Epson-Stylus-SX215 which I purchased from PC World for about £60. Epson-Stylus-SX215 *Printer *Scanner *Copier *Memory card slot Appearance.
Summary: I had to buy a new printer to be Windows 7 compatible with a new laptop, and had a strict width restriction to fit the printer into a particular cupboard, so choice was limited. The Epson was the only one at a reasonable price to fit the width. It is very noisy - when taking paper it almost sounds as if it has jammed. Very slow in comparison with my previous HP and Dell inkjet printers. I do like the display control panel. Print quality is good.
