Summary: I had to replace my Epson R200 as no drivers for W7. I chose the PX720WD as I wanted a photo printer and I wanted wireless. Wireless is brilliant if you have multiple laptops (as I do). The duplex printing is also a nice function. In typical Epson style the printer tray is flimsy although I haven't had any issues. It has some strange features especially the ability to print outlines of your photos to colour in!
Summary: Good printer. I have XP and the set up was easy. Install the supplied software and set up wifi by typing your router info into the printer screen. Touch controls are very good and the display is easy to work with. Quality of prints are very good but not stunning. Mine prints a little light. The printing speed is excellent (my previous printer was the R200). Good printer, good buy and best of all cartridges are cheap if you know where to look.
Summary: I bought this printer for the wi-fi element as well as the separate ink cartridges. As ever with Epson, you get the quality you expect coupled with the economy of 6 different ink cartridges. The only "issue" I had was trying to sort out the wireless connection - I used the installation CD in the first instance, but after a few attempts I decided to visit the Epson website and download the drivers from there - this rectified issues I was having immediately so I would...
Summary: We brought this to replace another Epson printer that had passed due to old age and overwork. We went for wireless and 6 colours for the improved printing quality. It has lived up to expectation. Printing is clear and bright and cartridges easy to put in and change. (using JETTEC ink - sorry epson) Duplex printing is not quick, but as I am not in an office environment this is not an issue for me. The software with it is ok, for the basic user.
Summary: This is a good all round printer I bought it for my wife who does a lot of card making as well as small office administration work, the print quality is very good but the printer does go through a lot of ink cartridges, the cartridges do seem quite small and larger capacity ones would be a big improvement.
