Summary: Excellent printer. I love the duplex printing and scanning even with ADF. Works very well. One thing I should mention though. Do not go with imitation inks. Buy only Epson inks, because the imitation ink causes problems with Epson printers - not just this one. I speak from experience.
Summary: A smart looking multi-function printer. Simple to connect using USB or wireless link. Excellent results with very acceptable print speed. Black plastic finish likely to attract dust due to static caused in use. Not robust enough for a large office but perfectly acceptable for small office or home use. Separate controls for each function: Photo; Copy; Fax and Scan. Nice screen with ability to angle controls for best view.
Summary: When I saw this printer being sold for £80 instead of 219.99 I was dubious that there may be some huge problem with it, but the reviews were good. I recieved it within 2 days of ordering and printed out my 80page dissertation with no problems. I was in the next room and heard nothing! Fantastic printer at a fantastic price! Wireless connection was so easy! NB.
Summary: Great product easy to setup and use. Eventually worked out that you do not need to install all the software on each device that is going to use the printer, just the driver from the installation CD.
Summary: This is a stylish functional printer. It has worked straight out of the box with minimal set up. It appears to me to be fast and the photocopies to date have been of very good quality. Despite all the buttons it is very user friendly. So far I love this printer. It is slightly larger than some other home use printers, but not much. Shopping with Amazon was as usual efficient and fast.
Summary: When my previous Epson started to wind me up due to printing problems I decided to replace it and wanted something that would be better suited for double sided printing. At around £100 this was £50 cheaper at Amazon than other suppliers. Delivery went well. I arranged for a particular date and got a text on the day confirming an approximate time. Print speed is not quite as good as my previous Epson but is more than made up for as it automatically prints double sided.
Summary: Bought this to replace my old HP 3110 printer scanner. This is this first printer I have had with an ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) & in a small office it's a time saver. The ADF is situated at the top of the printer & at first glance you wouldn't know it was there. Just lift a flap, insert docs & off you go. The print quality is very good (what you expect from Epson - part of the Seiko empire) alothough its a little noisy.
Summary: Speed, print and scan quality etc. all excellent. As others have said, the paper tray looks a bit flimsy, but it seems to work ok and only time will tell. I found the install (on Windows) very slow. Was much faster on a Mac, but then had to install numerous downloads to complete the process. Didn't find wireless connection difficult on either machine, although had a minor concern when the printer on the Mac was always showing offline.
Summary: So far so good. Excellent delivery time as expected. Set up and working in minutes using my existing USB connection, not tried the Wi-Fi. Compared to my one cartridge system Lexmark this is streets ahead, as it should be. Crisp colours and text, not too concerned about print speed seems fast enough to me, the duplex feature is really usefull. I can't see printer like this with 'all the toys' of better value at the moment.
