Summary: I made the mistake of buying this printer on sale. I now realize why it was on sale so cheap. Every time you print, you have to clean the print nozzles. This consumes lots of ink. Cardstock won't print and even plain sheets jam. Never again will I purchase Epson.
Summary: I'd like to give this zero stars but it won't allow that. I'm trying to print out black & white images (no color). I have a completely full black cartridge but because the magenta cartridge is empty, it's holding me hostage and won't allow me to print anything whatsoever.
Summary: This is the first printer I've ever bought for myself. Do not buy it! If you get it for free make sure it has all 4 ink cartridges or else it will be useless and it locks itself so it does not do anything until you replace a cartridge. It will not scan or print or anything.
Summary: My last printer was also an Epson but it went the way of all flesh. Not the seller's fault, but this model is a bummer ... agonizing noises as paper literally shoots through it and I really do not trust it. I'm glad the price was right!!
Summary: Not sure if this printer is still available, but I would not recommend it. For that matter it has made me suspicious of any low end epson printers. the pros: high res printing got it for free cause someone else hated it that much the cons: If one ink cartridge goes down the printer wont function at...
Owned for almost 4 years and regretted every single one

Summary: This printer is junk. First off, the amount of ink it uses is just pure ridiculous. I put in a new ink cartridge in (Cyan) and within 6 weeks, the printer was coming up with a low Cyan alarm with moderate printing on black and white only.
Summary: Tonight I bought tickets to a basketball game. When I went to print them I was out of blue ink, which I would not think would be a problem except that this printer will not print in black and white if any of the color cartridges are out. I cannot accept that this 'feature' is an oversight.
Summary: We know that printers sell for cheap, and then sell ink for silly prices. It seems that Epson has perfected this to an art form. The ink runs out super fast, and the issues that arise from replacing cartridges are so numerous.
Summary: I doubt I have ever been more dissatisfied with a product in my life. The only thing we wanted as a family is a reliable printer to print out some recipies or receipts from the internet not to mention various school projects.
