Summary: I've had an HP Officejet that I was using and got tired of smudged ink. Went looking for an Epson because of the type of ink they provide. Ran across this company that does Epson with a Continuous Ink Supply installed. Greatest purchase I ever made. Excellent photo quality printing on photo paper. Great color on plain paper. NO smudging. Vivid color on iron on T-shirt transfers. Best of all . . .
Summary: I bought mine in Canada and was able to yeild about 106 pages of full color printouts before my ink was low. And I use a compatible cartridge that retails for $4.99 for each color the yield amount on these cartridges is 24ml here in Canada that is why I got so many pages of full color. The bad part is that it is a noisy printer but if you put a piece of thin sponge under it the noise is muffled. you can scan when there is no ink..
Summary: Fast, very fast compared to my old printer. Scan window is small, 8.5 x 11 inches. Wanted at least legal, but no big deal. Color is as all Epson prints, exceptional. Set up was easy, everything ran as advertised. I am a home user, who does copy many legal documents for home sales and purchases, finance records. et cetera. Scanning is easy, quality is adjustable to my needs for clarity and sharpness. All in all the all in one is more than I expected it to be.
Summary: Although this is a very efficient printer/scanner/copier and very reasonably priced, it sucks up ink faster than any printer I've ever used --and it seems like I purchased a new HP printer annually. I naively thought that being able to replace single cartridges for each color would save money. WRONG!
Summary: This is a good printer and performs all the functions necessory for my work. I like the way I can print without starting my computer and view the photos. I like being able to copy and the price was right.
Summary: I love the all-in-one functionality, LCD screen, direct print feature (w/o computer print from memory card and usb) and particularly the individual ink cartridges. Scan quality is decent also, however; the print speed is not necessarily as advertised unless you don't mind useless prints. I still would recommend this printer for day to day print jobs and photo prints.
Summary: I own two "All in One" printers, the other being a Canon MP500. While the Epson doesn't feel as "solid" as the Canon it does an excellent job of printing and copying material. I haven't used it yet to scan anything into my computer. It is a bit loud if you don't use the quiet mode. I don't know how accurate the ink level monitor is but I am surprised how quickly it showed that I used half the ink. It is a very easy printer to use.
Summary: This unit has everything I've been wanting in a printer. Photo printer, scanner, copier. I can utilize my camera card direct thanks to the 3X3 view screen, or directly from my P.C. Very simple to connect with the included disc, and the instructions.
Summary: This printer might be great for someone else who has it hooked up to a computer to see what they're printing. I ended up with the Epson R380 specifically because of my own particular work situation. The R380 has a color screen which displays the actual image of what you want from the data card eliminating the need for a computer and that works perfectly for me.
Summary: The printing quality is great on this printer. Printing speed is good, the scanner is great. I've scanned several pictures and documents and had no trouble saving it to the computer. I've had this printer now close to 2 months. My inks are still close to full and I have not suffered any major or minor problems as of yet. This is my second Epson printer. My first one lasted me 5 years without any problems.
