Summary: I have nothing to add regarding the features of this product, except the quality of prints far exceeded my expectations out of the box. I was pleased with this printer until it began to malfunction.
Summary: The Epson Stylus CX7800 was my only printer for a long time, and is still my only color printer. I've had very little trouble with it. One print didn't come out well, but I think it might have been the glossy paper I used. As a single sheet scanner it is fine, as expected.
Summary: My last 2 printers were HP printers and I never had more problems with my printers. I finally started looking for another printer. I chose this one because alot of reviews said it was a good printer for the money.
Summary: We have the the all-in-one for several months--no problems yet! :) We do have the unit in computer desk and it is located on the bottom shelf--dark area--initially it was difficult to replace paper in the unit, but now that we understand how the guide slides operate we are fine--direction booklet...
Summary: Have had my printer only a couple of days but love it already. With the built-in scanning features I am able to get rid of my old UMAX document scanner and my HP Photo scanner. Other reviews complain of the noise - maybe my ears are older, but this the noise level of this printer is less than any...
Summary: Ok, SO I didn't give it five, because although it was easy to install and prints fine and all, it is pretty slow (even with the high speed usb cardbus pcmica card from compusa)and loud! Also, I can't figue out how to edit the pictures I've scanned.
Summary: this seller told me that the printer worked and when I got it would not work so I sent a message , asking him would he take it back because it would not work, he agreed to take it back for a refund. that's the reason I gave him a dease rating.
Summary: I purchased the Epson Stylus CX7800 to be used in cake decorating. I also had to purchase special ink cartridges from another vender in order to print in edible ink. I have done 5 cakes in the past 2 months and it prints out very nicely on my edible paper.
Summary: The bonus here is the included negative scanner. I didn't buy this from Amazon (sorry, someone else beat the price), but I am pleased with it. The other reviewer (at this time) complained about the lack of usb cables--but I'm not entirely sympathetic. First, this is standard practice for Epson.
