Summary: It suck badly. Every week or so the print quality goes to hell. There are blank lines across the letters, font 5+, cause it didn't print that part. So you need to clean the nozzel and realign the headers. Doing the clean and realignment kill ink levels! I don't even use this printer that often!
Summary: I have nothing to add regarding the features of this product, except the quality of prints far exceeded my expectations out of the box. I was pleased with this printer until it began to malfunction.
Summary: I've had this printer for over a year now and for the most part, it works fine. It has just about everything I want in a scanner/copier/printer. It even includes a negative and slide scanner which is a great thing to have. Occasionally, the printer heads plug up.
Summary: I should have read the reviews first before I bought this product. I actually read some mediocre reviews after I bought it and before I opened the package so I still had a chance to return it to the store.
Summary: I bought this printer because it was the lowest cost one I could find that makes prints fron 35 MM slides, which it does very well indeed. In spite of the several reviews I've read that pan it's print quality it makes great ones for me.
Summary: My first Epson Stylus the print heads went out 2 weeks before the warranty ran out (fortunately for me). Tech Support (my dime) was real helpful, sent me out a replacement Fed Ex and they didn't want the old one returned to them.
Summary: Great printer/scanner--when it works. (The CX7800; I apparently wrote another review on the CX6000 page by mistake?!) Does suck ink... but I was able to print 150 full-color letter-size Xmas cards without replacing cartridges for another week afterwards.
Summary: I have found that this printer gets paper jams quite often. Then it jams and you get a code for service. Clearing the jam does not help when you get the service code. Have not had the copier very long.
Unreliable, lots of crashes, lousy product support.

Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER UNLESS YOU LOVE MISERY. I bought my first CX7800 a year ago. It never worked properly. It frequently crashed in mid-task. The scanner was especially problematic, it never printed full-page color at any resolution without crashing in midstream.
