Summary: I had high hopes for this printer since Epson has been around longer than many other printer companies & for a long time has been considered a premium product. But not with this printer. This review is for the CX4450 model in the 4400 series.
Summary: It will print well for a very short period of time, a few months if you're lucky. Then the nozzles WILL start to clog. The utility only allows you to clean all 4 heads at the same time, blowing through a lot of ink every time one head clogs.
Summary: I have had it with this ink gulping monster! Everytime something goes wrong with the print feature it take an hour to correct it & it uses all of the ink in the printer at the time of the problem ! Thats how Epson makes their money --on ink !!!
Summary: This product never worked from the box it was received. The retailer that sold it has been rude and condescending and has yet to refund the cost of this item even though they have had it returned for over two weeks. The experience has soured me.
Summary: Recently I bought an Imac and this printer was included in the deal for free. I never had an epson printer before (and after this one I don't think I will again). Well everything was going great until I put in the ink cartridges.
Summary: Ink lasts about a month during very periodic use. When one color runs out it locks up until you purchase more, even if you only want to print in greyscale!!! Ink costs a fortune, and it's loud enough to wake the dead. Print quality is horrible....stay away!!!
Summary: My wife insisted that we needed a printer, so I went looking for the absolute cheapest thing I could find. I wound up getting this one at a Black Friday sale for $25, and it's been decent so far.
I want to go 'office space' on this piece of junk.

Summary: Don't be lured in by the cheap price, this is a very bad printer. When I first bought this printer it actually worked pretty well, I printed quite a few photos on it and the quality was pretty good. This was all before the nightmare started.
Summary: This is the absolute worse printer I have ever purchased. I got it on sale on Black Friday and I wish I had of left it right in the store. Not only does it blow through ink like a kid in a candy store... this thing won't print when the ink is low.
Summary: Received printer defective. Doesn't recognize black ctrg. Epson techs state that unit needs servicing. Not attributable to seller. Although seller's return policy, which was not stated on seller's profile, could be a whole lot customer friendly as discovered latter.
