Summary: Since I brought my first epson printer, I have loved them and used every feature on them. This is my third one and I am anticipating great things to come.I always look forward to coupons and specials to use.Epson is the only printer for me.
Summary: I've bought Epson printers for many years. I am a professional artist and use the printer quite a bit so I tend to run through them. When my Artisan printer died, this looked like a comparable model. Same line of inks (Claria), same number of cartridges.
Summary: When my XP-350 works, it produces very good quality photo prints - crisp, good color & detail. Text quality has not been as crisp as my other brand all-in-one printer. Unfortunately within the last 6 months I have had to return 2 XP-350s to Epson for replacement. In both cases the print head malfunctioned. I am hoping number 3 is the charm. Customer Service has been excellent, but I would like no more problems.
Summary: This printer is fast and prints excellent photos. WiFi set up was a snap. The only thing that I am somewhat dissatisfied with is the paper feed. It's a bit sloppy. This doesn't matter for printing text, but I frequently make my own greeting cards and the bit of slop in the paper feed sometimes leads to an image not placed properly for the fold in the card stock.
Summary: Epson has replaced the original unit twice and the problems of clogging heads, streaks, and excessive ink usage persist. I have used Epson inks and papers exclusively. It is very frustrating to insert an XL ink cartridge only to have it depleted after a few prints and eight cleaning cycles required to get those few prints.
Summary: This is my first Epson printer after 20 years with another manufacturer. I bought the printer primarily for printing color graphics and have not been impressed. The color is frequently less than vibrant. For everything else, the printer is fine and the scanner and associated software works very well.
Summary: Read the ads and know they're not hype. As with another reviewer, I DO recommend that Epson improve this unit by creating a feature that closes the output tray when shutting down. Otherwise, it's a commendable machine. Not sure yet if the ink dollars are suitable -- owned for a short time.
When the print head goes bad ... everything is bad

Excerpt: This is a product which has some serious design faults regarding the print head/ink delivery system. Worked beautifully for a few of months, then document streaking was observed. 4 cycles of nozzle cleaning is enough to deplete all six cartridges which then need replacing ... have just gone through 12 cartridges and am still having a problem. Have purchased Canopy 2 year insurance on this ... but how do I call this in ?
