Conclusion: I purchased this after speaking to someone at customer services as I required a printer that would print on 85gsm (they informed me it would) card it wouldn't. My photo 900 had a lever which adjusted the thickness of paper / card you could print with, could also print on card with my RX585.
Summary: I bought this printer 12 months ago. At the same time I bought some a six pack of elephant claria cartidges for about £30. It has never worked well. When I upgraded the epson software the scanner stop communicating with my windows 7 PC system and I had to mange unsatisfactory work arounds.
The printer looks in "as new" condition and has been used occasionally so it's really annoying that it now needs to go in the bi

Summary: I have owned this printer for almost 2 years now and it has just failed. It started having repetitive paper jams and during the last jam a small piece of circuit board and a piece of white plastic came out of the printer along with the jammed paper.
Conclusion: We have always had lots of luck using basic Epson Printers, but needed something with AirPrint on so decided to go for this. It jams the paper up every time we print anything, sometime several times during one print.
Summary: got this printer the other day and its well in one word useless.has a mind of its own.i use cd label maker and epson easy photo print and find that it has problems for me printing on a4 photo sheets.paper is loaded correctly and it will start to print and then just stall while still saying...
Summary: Have used it for one month after it stopped working after cartridge change. I've used original cartridge. Now it simply says that paper is not loaded. I have checked tray - nothing is blocking paper. Paper thickness is fine, since I've been using same paper for all the time.
Conclusion: worst piece of rubbish I ever wasted my money on, It scrunches up Paper but wont print, I tried to scan something and after it shot 30 sheets of paper through the machine it then had 15 paper jams all with 80gram paper.
Summary: Im bought the printer as the company described: used, full working, in very good condition with 1 year warranty... etc. But when I received, the printer was "unused" because paper holding try was broken, that why the company sold as "used".
Conclusion: I bought this all-in-one to replace an Epson that expired just out of warranty. In terms of print quality it is excellent but the set-up for a Mac and as a network wifi printer for Mac and Windows was a complete pain - just like being back in the 1980s.
