Don't get one if you want it to last a couple of years. I got one, and then another a few months later because I liked the first so much (it worked with my old mac running OS 9.7!) When one of them died 13 months after I got it (ink jets plugged up) they told me the "2-year warranty" as described on the box was only good if you sent in the Spam card to register it. I had done that for the other, and when it died after 20 months, they dispatched a replacement right away. It didn't work. Neither did the replacement for that. Neither did the replacement for that. I took a hiatus, and now I've tried to get the newest replacement to work, and it won't work either. And they won't send me another; but I'm not sure I want it anyhow. I've spent about 40 hours troubleshooting, and I have no working printer now.
The print quality was good. The ink went fast and was expensive.

I got the Epson Artisan 810 printer yesterday. I purchased it with the purpose of printing 6x4s of high quality. I printed a photo from a memory card and the quality was really bad, I put the card into 3 other older Canon printers and I got very good results. I am very familiar with photo printers and it took me only minutes to set up my new Epson 810, I did all the photo set-up and I still obtained a very bad quality print. Can someone tell me why? I am really concerned.

how can I print lablels? Where does the labels go? I have tried every area and it does not suck it up but prints out the labels on regular paper.
