Summary: We did lots of research before we bought this laser printer and it really paid off; this was exactly what we hoped it would be. It is definitely larger than a basic desk printer so plan head for a location. It was easy to set-up and install on our 4 computer home network. We regularly use the print, fax and copy functions and all work smoothly with very good quality output.
1 Year AFTER Purchase, I am writing this review!!!

Summary: I have to tell you that I have owned this printer for over a year now and I LOVE IT! I have used every feature that this printer has to offer and everything works flawlessly! I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the print quality of this printer! The auto feeder works great! The Scanner works great! The copy machine function works great! The Fax machine function works great!
Summary: I looked at several multifunction printers and this is by far an AWSOME buy. The printing speed is crazy fast. The scan speed using the Auto Document Feeder is way better thatn I was expecting. I would buy this product again in a heart beat. When printing the noise is normal for a lazer printer. I was looking for a good fast printer with a good auto document feeding scanner. This one it the nail on the head. Do not buy anything else.
Summary: i have a small biz with three macs and one windows machine. the epson is the FOURTH printer we have tried in the last few months. we need to network our printer and i wanted to give everyone the ability to scan to their computers. i tried the HP multifuntion 8410 and a cannon printer (not networked, but shared). THE HP STINKS.. what a piece of garbage. the cannon was OK, but didnt really do what we wanted AND the print quality is crappy.
Summary: UPS delivered next day and sent two men to unload!! Very nice packaging but be sure you have a firm place to sit it down because a stand is optional and only directly from Epson so far. Simple CD installation for all components. We've used the item for 2 days and have nothing but praise so far. For an inkjet background, Epson has done wonders with this new color laser technology.
Summary: ** Update August 25, 2007 -- just wanted to say it's been four months and I still LOVE LOVE LOVE my printer. I literally hug it every day. ** OK, so I have only owned this for two days, but so far my experiences have been as follows: 1. Ordered overnight from The Epson Store. Total with overnight shipping was $619.95, a total deal. 2. Arrived as promised, packed very securely.
Summary: Epson dropped this line, probably due to the ink lawsuit that they lost. It has amazing color at normal settings. People always ask if I tore the prints out of a book. If you are looking for a photo printer, it is merely OK. I bought it because I had a son and daughter in high school. I was feeding my inkjet every week. The page estimate per cartridge runs true to claims based on the % of color on each page.
Macintosh users -- this is a wonderful workhorse of a machine

Summary: We have two networked Macs, and our Epson Aculaser is a dream. We've had this all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/faxer for over a year, more like two. We were one of the early purchasers, bought one when it first came out. We use our CX11NF all the time for printing, copying, scanning. The printer portion is perfect for Macs. It coordinates with our Macs very well, which is hard to find in this world of M$ Windows, giving us no headaches.
Summary: Granted I've not had it long (Nov 2007), but this is a wonderful printer. No problems yet and the photo and graphic quality blows others in it's price range away! (Memo to self: I will never ever buy a Brother product again after experiencing the awesomeness of Epson). Text is crisp and clean and super fast ~25ppm The setup was easy but time consuming (mostly moving furniture to fit this beheamoth, and carefully removing all the packing and tape and inserting the toner...
