Epson AcuLaser CX11NF

PC Magazine
8 May 2009
  • Conclusion: Epson's first U.S. color laser, the AcuLaser CX11NF, delivers fast performance, good-looking output, and most of the features you'll need in an all-in-one printer. But its network installation could be better.
  • Pros: High-quality output. Fast performance. Prints and scans over a network. Standalone copier and fax machine. Includes Ethernet connector and 50-page ADF.
  • Cons: Can't fax from a PC. Network installation isn't as smooth as it should be. Driver is more appropriate for an ink jet than a laser.

  • Summary: Epson's AcuLaser CX11NF rolls the functions of a scanner, copier, fax machine and printer into a single device. Good output quality and ease of use help make it attractive to small businesses, and make it easier to overlook the lack of memory card slot and limited paper tray.
  • Pros: Fast, high-quality printing; colour
  • Cons: 180-sheet paper tray, no memory card slots
